It was really an unpleasant experience on the way they keep their records and inventory. I rode down from Gachibowli to Film Nagar store when their database had shown availability of a particular medication. After visiting there, they could not find it. They simply said “Unavailable” I’m unsure if I should blame the system for faulty error or negligence of people who couldn’t locate the required medicine. 💊

I need emargency tablet i can come over ther but no one is hear i nook the door but no one respond and don't tell its 24hr not its only 12hr don't mislead customer in any one like me its some arjent need tablet s its not correct its very bad sarvice

This store, staff and apollo service overall don't even deserve that single star also. One of the worst store, worst staff and worst behavior. Useless people work here especially the lady staff (dont want to disclose the name) but you please leave the job, this guys troubling me from last 5 days to exchange a medicine which they gave me wrong, i ordered medicines for my 70 years old grandma 5 days before, medicines are delivered. quantities of medicine i have ordered is more and they issues one sheet less and i have reached out support team and got the refund, and the other medicine i have ordered for 2 sheets of shelcal XT and received shelcal 500 instead, immediately i have raised complaint for both the issues and they rectified only one. for this wrong medicine issue I'm reaching out to the apollo support team from last 5days , no action taken, this stupid store people gave me a call yesterday and how rude that lady talk to me saying " Memu correct ee echam (they gave it right only ) and i am a mad and person having all the free time on earth to be back of you guys? Team Apollo are providing worst service and a local medical shop people are polite and responsible in terms of customers satisfaction and respect. respect and resolve the customer needs , you are getting paid remember. not even now my issue is not resolved

I'm regular customer of apollo but this time they've send the wrong products. Which was taken into considerations but delayed to exchange I've to rush to the pharmacy and get it exchange. Such an irresponsible behavior and negligence towards customers. Don't let people wait or fool.

Worst no one is available for 24hrs, just the store is open for name sake
