I would like to sincerely appreciate the excellent service provided by the hospital team. The care, professionalism, and kindness shown by the staff made a very positive difference during our visit. A special thanks to **Abdul**, **Kalaichelvi**, and **Sangeetha** for their outstanding support and dedication. They were attentive, compassionate, and ensured everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Their friendly approach and willingness to help truly reflect the high standards of the hospital. Thank you once again for the wonderful care and service.

My son was admitted at Apollo Children's hospital in room 2115, as he was diagnosed with Dengue by Dr.Satheesh C. The entire team, Doctors, nurses, hospital management, house keeping, diet all were exceptional. I would like to highlight services of few people, Sangeeta, kalaiselvi and Abdul from housekeeping, Ajay and Saran from Food department and the entire Doctor and nurse team took great care of my child like their own. I am very happy with their service. You can always trust Apollo for their services!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 — Apollo Children’s Hospital, Chennai I recently visited Apollo Children’s Hospital, Chennai, and overall my experience was very good. The doctors are highly skilled, well known, and extremely caring. They explain everything in detail and make you feel confident about your child’s treatment. I would also like to appreciate the staff: • Mr. Yesurathinam at the reception is very polite and very helpful. He guided us through every step smoothly. • On the 2nd floor, Mr. Hussain was also very kind and supportive, always ready to help with a good attitude. The only thing I felt could be improved is the cost of some tests, which seemed a bit high compared to other places. Apart from that, the service and care were excellent. Overall, I would still recommend Apollo Children’s Hospital, Chennai for trusted and quality treatment for children.

Dr.Radhakrishnan (Paediatric surgeon) is awesome! I felt like discussing my concern with my big brother! down-to-earth person, listens, advises kindly.. very caring human being! Had a great experience for my son. Floor can be cleaned better, I went at 9.10 am and could see floor has a layer of dirt and foot marks on the floor (2nd floor). Also while registering, patient record holder can be provided to us on the same counter, instead of asking us to collect from the ground floor reception.

Had a very worst experience yesterday in emergency here. Children's hospital has staff not trained for handling children. Took my 1 year baby for camphor ingestion yesterday. Different doctors gave different opinions. And worst thing is nurses handling emergencies. They took a 1 year old crying hysterically separate from parents to put venflon line. Nurses were not skilled enough to handle that. They let lot to bleed while inserting. Never seen such kind of treatment anywhere. A child would feel safer if only parents are around. My child would have got seizure from that handling only let alone from camphor consumption. And more worse thing is a nurse in the emergency doesn't know how to take vitals. She keeps the child crying and noting the oxygen drop while it is common sense to know oxygen would go down when a child cries so much. One, they are not trained to handle a child. Two, that nurse doesn't know basic science. Three, she isn't having a bit of patience to wait for the child to calm down but she kept pressing the probe tightly on my child's finger which made her cry very hard. I had them stopped her and took a minute to calm her and took the vital in a second. If you are not having empathy to work in a children's ward why be in a children's hospital. Wish I have never went there. Unskilled untrained people. I had a very good experience in apollo, omr branch which is not a specialized children's hospital. But they handled a child in a way they should. Very skilled staff there indeed!

Room No : 1414. KS Monika. Neurology (Dr.AnandhaNarayanan) and neurosurgery(Dr. Srinivasan paramasivam and Dr. Vigneshwaran) team supported us and done the procedure well. Kid is fine. Thanks a lot for both teams and in addition during the post surgery time, medical team done a good job. Thanks for all for taking care during this time period Food & Beverages department done a good job. Especially Mr. Rajesh service was excellent and he has given baby food as we requested. Staffs were kind and supportive throughout the stay period, on time supervision for all the facilities by superior staffs happened ontime. Housekeeping staffs kalaiselvi and Velankanni were helpful and polite. Food service was ontime without any interuption. All the staffs were polite and didn't show any tiredness towards the work given. Spl mention to Rajesh - food service.

I booked a slot of Dr. Jaya Kumar reddy at 9 pm at Apollo Children Hospital for my daughter's treatment on 23/02/2026. Another father was sitting with his daughter there, since I had a previous booking, the Apollo 1st floor incharge (may be Manas) present there, asked me to sit inside the chamber, but the gentleman present there threatened the floor incharge to complain in his name. I felt very bad about the behavior of that gentleman, so I did not leave the booking line to that gentleman, although I felt very sorry for his small child, but I could not accept the way his father was insulting the floor incharge even though the floor incharge was not at fault. The floor incharge is really a very helpful person, thank you.

Dr. Roshni Gopinath is excellent, very friendly, kind, and helpful. The nurses, billing staff, and cleaning staff were also very supportive and well-behaved. The hospital is very clean, and the overall service was excellent. Highly recommended!

Dr. Satheeah C has been our paediatrician for more than 15 years, and we couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. His diagnosis is always incredibly accurate, and he approaches every case with patience, care, and deep medical expertise. He listens to our concerns without rushing, explains everything clearly, and treats every child with genuine warmth. His calm nature and confident guidance have always given us great comfort as parents. Truly an amazing doctor and a blessing to our family.

Very very very very bad experience over here. we are not local, we came from malaysia embassy seeking for treatment for my girl. hoping for best service as this hospital is specialize for children. we came on day4 fever of my child. were ask to come back the day after (day 5 fever) for bloodwork. after done the test, advice to return back again on the next day (day6 fever) to review blood result. but when we return on the next day, was told the result not out yet, and ask to come again the day after (day7). so stupid..!! day 7 of high fever!! my daughter is 5 yo. weak & feverish. already drain so much of our money. never coming back here!! so guys dont come here..took cbc. and the result took 1 whole day? nonsense.

We lost our baby bangle during our doctor visit and noticed only after reaching home.. When we came back to hospital for searching the same, Apollo security team have already secured the item and gudied properly by verifying the information and handed over the item safely.. Thanks to the management for the help.

Dr Radhakrishnan is just God to me. He treated my son as his best friend. His way of talking and treating to my son just made him half cured. During the operation time my son had his birthday and Dr Radhakrishnan sir celebrated his birthday in the hospital itself with my son's favorite chocolate cake. Dr Radhakrishnan created a homely atmosphere in the hospital. I am Dr.Manimegalai ,I was admitted our child in Apollo children hospital for fever treatment..Here all services incuding housekeeping services are good and excellent...we are happy to say that... Housekeeping staffs Velankanni Kalaiselvi Sangeetha Abdul sultan ...Those staffs working very well and I thanks for them for good and kind service

I recently visited Apollo and done my surgery. Really all there services are superb.Dr.Anuradha Sridhar ma'am did my surgery . Staff nurses Ms.Sandhya, Ms.Janani,Ms.Violet Freeda and Ms.Meena cared me very well. Housekeeping services are great and also food . Completely satisfied with their work and service. I Blindly recommend Apollo for best service.

I am very satisfied with the treatment of Apollo children Hospital Chennai. All the staff and nurses are very good behaviour. Specially I want to thank Dr M.S. Viswanathan sir for giving my child a new life, His treatment is very very good. My child was in very critical condition once we went to Apollo children hospital but now she is totally cure by the grace of God and by the treatment of Dr. M.S. Viswanathan.
