Miss Meyang consistently demonstrates exceptional professionalism in her role. Her behaviour towards patients is truly commendable — she treats every individual with respect, patience, and genuine kindness. In moments when patients feel anxious or vulnerable, her calm presence and reassuring words provide immense comfort and confidence. Her nursing skills are highly impressive. She carries out her duties with precision, attentiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility. Whether administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting in procedures, or providing post-care support, she performs every task with efficiency and competence. I took appointment and I was 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment still they made me wlwait for more than a hour and then when doctor called us she said come fast I am already late and she was in hurry. with out properly listening she directly wrote the medicine. Like my wife said she had dandruff. Doctor said ok then she wrote one shampoo. She did not check like hou much from when you are having. Why we pay more and for such places when they are only there to earn and not to see the patient suffering. Go for nearby local clinic. They are best ... Never visit here again.

Had a good and smooth experience with my checkup and TmT. The nursing department there are so caring and friendly. The nurse Meyang who took my TMT was checking every few seconds on how I’m doing and she was very sweet and considerate. Thank you!

Absolutely disappointing experience at Apollo Clinic. The customer service and overall management is highly unprofessional. I interacted with multiple staff members during my tests, and almost everyone indirectly pointed toward poor coordination and lack of proper management by the centre manager. The X-ray technician talks so rudely - almost had a quarrel with one of the patient [ for simply asking its 1 hr. that i am waiting here can you pls. Check ]. If you do not have the required infrastructure or manpower, please stop taking excessive bookings. Patients are not here to suffer because of your poor planning. I was specifically messaged to report by 7:30 AM - I arrived before time, and it is now 1:00 PM, and I am still left with 4 more tests to go. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable. The clinic itself felt like a jumbo circus - overcrowded, chaotic, and with barely any space to move around comfortably. There was no proper system or crowd management in place. Overall, a very frustrating and exhausting experience. Strongly suggest the management seriously review their booking capacity, staffing, and patient handling process before putting others through this ordeal.

I went to Apollo for a minor surface cut and a tetanus booster- what should have been quick and easy turned into a frustrating ordeal: 1. They misplaced my membership form and lost it, which they found an hour later after i filled the form again. 2. I was told I needed a prescription for the tetanus shot, even though I had already followed up after 40 minutes — by then, the doctor had gone for lunch. I ended up paying ₹800 consultation + ₹100 membership fee for a single booster for a tiny cut. And I had to wait almost 2 hours. I spoke to the doctor, and even they agreed — it shouldn’t cost this much. Apollo Clinic, are you trying to make preventive healthcare bureaucratic, time-consuming, and inaccessible? Please hire competent staff and streamline your processes. That said, a big shoutout to the doctor and nurse- they were professional and helpful.

Actually, when we visited, it was crowded at the X-ray section—like a marketplace. The attendant was handling so many people without any rest. The receptionist had no knowledge of pending tests and didn't know how to guide patients properly.We haven't completed all the tests listed in our package. They claimed everything was done, but after reaching home, we realized the ENT test wasn't performed.The customer care number is useless—we couldn't connect at all. The number listed on the website doesn't work.Even the report wasn't delivered. After trying for three hours, the Marathahalli clinic finally connected me to the Indiranagar clinic. The receptionist very cooly said, "Sorry sir, there might be some technical issues, that's why the report wasn't delivered. Still we didn't receive all reports even after ten days "I rate Apollo Clinic the least, especially Indiranagar, Bangalore, 0 out of 10

Extremely disappointed with the way Apollo Clinic Indiranagar handled my visit. I went there for a mammography test, and instead of giving proper assistance, they simply told me their slots were full and pushed me to go to Tenet Diagnostics, claiming they have a tie-up. They asked me to make the full payment to Apollo and reach Tenet before 12:30 PM. We reached well before the time, but this instruction turned out to be completely useless. What followed was a nightmare. Once I reached Tenet, it was obvious that Apollo had zero coordination with them. I faced long waiting hours, conflicting prices, and complete confusion — all because Apollo redirected me without taking responsibility or ensuring a smooth process. This is not what you expect from a clinic that claims to maintain standards. Apollo should never send patients to another centre without proper communication, pricing clarity, or confirmation. Their careless handling caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and a very unpleasant experience overall. For a clinic of Apollo’s reputation, this level of mismanagement and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. I will seriously reconsider using their services again.

Went there for annual checkup. Everything went really smooth. The nursing department is doing a great job. Ultra sound is one place I felt it could have been done better. The doctor is in a hurry and did the scan just for the sake of it.

I went for a corporate health checkup. Not only it is very crowded and there is no due process to the patient with first come first serve basis but also they delay to send the report, it has been 4 days yet no report has been sent. Other clinics like Aarthi Scan etc hardly takes 1 day to send the report and it is not crowded as well

I visited here for a health check up and they did a good job by addressing my concerns and suggested me the right tests. The nursing department here are very friendly, understanding, especially nurses Meyang and Olen are so kind and patient with me.

Overall, good experience. They do their best to beat the crowd (was a lot for me, due to EoY rush by corporate customers, to leverage the free annual check up). The cleanliness and overall management can definitely improve quite a bit. Nursing department seemed the best to me, but even there, cleanliness needs to improve. Thanks.

I have been here for my health check. It was a good experience overall. As this is a diagnostic center, the earliest slot in the morning is always packed with health checkups appointments. So, you will find it crowded. Selective tests and diagnostics are possible with any doctor's prescription. You can book the appointment online or call them over phone prior to visiting the clinic as the doctor visiting hours and availability are dynamic.

I had a great experience at the Apollo Indiranagar clinic. One feedback i would like to hive to the Clinic management is to update their TMT softwares. The machine kept on stopping mid test and i had to wait for 10 mins for the system to restart. Later when the test was almost to complete, the machine stopped again. Which was disappointing to see because you put lot if effort running/ walking on tread mill. Overall the staff was courteous and helping. I definitely recommend visiting in weekdays if you want to get your tests done.

Extremely unprofessional, the 2 receptionist was busy on Phone calls outside, we waited for 45 minutes, although we came with a booked appointment.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at apollo clinic for my annual medical checkup. We were given the 8am slot for medical checkup, upon reaching we realised everyone came to the centre at the same time, it was literally a fish market. I’ll cut the story short, we have been waiting from 8AM till 1PM and only got the sonography done, I am pretty sure there will be similar reviews coming in today since many of us were forced to submit our files and come back without completing most of the tests. The biggest feedback would be to not loot the customers by booking so many slots in a centre if you don’t have the infrastructure to handle it, this ruined the reputation of Apollo for me permanently and for sure I am never visiting back to Apollo for any health checkup in future.

I would give zero stars if possible. I had a prior appointment for a health check-up and was instructed to arrive at 8:30 AM fasting with full bladder. Despite following their directions, I was left waiting until 12:00 PM, only to be told to wait another hour. On top of this, they made a billing error and tried to place the blame on me without any accountability. I left the place without finishing my health check up. This was my first visit, and it will certainly be my last. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Lab service is top class highly recommended place for good quality care and here staff are very helpful and professional specially Mirza Sir from lab department he collected blood without pain my veins are very hard to find when went other place they is to prick me 4 O 5 time but here staff are highly professional and experienced thank you for hospitality
