Apple Premium Reseller - iPlanet

I had a disappointing experience at this store and feel it needs serious attention, especially considering it is an Apple reseller. First, the staff behavior was unprofessional and immature. We entered the store around 8:00 PM, but one of the sales representatives asked us to leave by 9:00 PM, stating that the store would close at 9:30 PM. However, the closing time listed on Google is 10:30 PM. When we pointed this out, he dismissed it as incorrect information rather than addressing the inconsistency politely. Secondly, another staff member approached us to assist, but instead of providing clear and informative details about the phone features, he gave vague explanations. More concerning was that he initiated an unrelated political discussion (Modi vs. Raghav Chadha), which is highly inappropriate in a professional retail environment and made the situation uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect knowledgeable assistance and basic courtesy, not dismissive behavior or irrelevant conversations. I strongly recommend that the management invest in proper staff training, especially in customer service etiquette, product knowledge, and maintaining professionalism.

Would like to appreciate Ibrahim. Hé has been very patient my payment declined twice but he was very patient and jolly. Deserves more than 5 star I’d say. Make sure to give him a good raise 🥰

Service was good here and the Sales person named Ashok explained all the process of payment and features of phone very well. He also helped me in using some features like iCare and other things as it is my first iPhone.

It was very nice experience. Special thanks to Mr. Tarun Singh. From start to end the way he handled the queries and listened all questions patiently. He manages 2-3 clients together when many staff standing ideal and not helping clients proactively. This is what I observed.
