Complete Fraud - AVOID this company! I placed an order for some plants on August 24th and paid ₹249. After the payment, I received absolutely no response. I tried to contact them multiple times through every channel possible—email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. They never replied to any of my messages, and to make matters worse, they eventually blocked my phone number. This company is a complete fraud. They took my money and then cut off all communication. I strongly advise everyone to avoid buying from AquaTickart. Save your money and time by finding a trustworthy seller.

Downright the best rates in India. I wish I had found AquaticKart earlier. You can buy the Fluval CP-2 wavemaker here for 20-percent less than the price I paid for a God-damned Fluval CP-1 from another Bombay-based shop. But thankfully, I bought the Aquaclear 50 from here for just Rs 2500, which is a full Rs 2000 cheaper than what the aforementioned Bombay-based shop quoted me. What's the catch, then? Well, quite surprisingly, none at all. The customer service is top-notch, with AquaticKart ready and willing to help customise my order over WhatsApp on a Sunday night. I even ended up buying stones online from AquaticKart – something that I'd have never even considered if it weren't for the great customer service. This was again done over WhatsApp, with the seller laying out the stones and sending me photographs of the same with some everyday objects for scale. All I had to do was mark the stones I needed and just like that it was done. What's more, the price per kilo was 50-percent lower compared to what the best Aquarium hobby store in Hyderabad had quoted me. The packaging and shipping is brilliant as well. My first order contained a total of 11 items, and AquaticKart shipped them all in three separate shipments to expedite the process. What (pleasantly) surprised me the most is how the measly Rs 2500 Aquaclear filter was delivered in a sturdy shipping crate. To put this into perspective, another Bombay-based shop had delivered the Hydor 600 canister filter (costing nearly ten times as much, mind you) to me in a damaged condition thanks to piss-poor cardboard packaging. It just beggars belief how AquaticKart manages to spend so much on shipping crates and staggered shipping, despite the rock-bottom pricing. Needless to say, I'm doing all my shopping here from now.

they gave me fishs with parasites when one of the fish died i saw green parasites NOTE* it was a new aquarium that i made and got all fishs from his shop and i even told him the fish is sick he told me its alright but it had parasites then when i was removing the dead fish from my tank i decided to check the green dots guess what they were parasites Get fishs from the river but not from this guy as they have a better chance of not having parasites never ever buy fishs from this person given photos of green parasites below

Really disappointed with my experience. I ordered some aquatic plants worth ₹545 on 7th October, plus ₹250 for delivery — total ₹795. Their website clearly said to pay by Google Pay within 48 hours after confirming the order, so I paid immediately. But because of some website error, my payment went through while the order didn’t. When I reached out on 8th October, they just said it was a website issue and gave no proper solution or alternative. To make things worse, instead of helping, they sent me a screenshot of my previous review — which honestly felt very unprofessional. Finally, on 12th October, my order got registered, but even now (27th October) it’s still showing as *pending*. Super frustrating experience. I just wanted a simple order of plants, but dealing with this mess and zero communication has completely killed my trust. Hope they fix their website and improve how they treat customers.

Purchased cat food from this store for the first time... takes time to locate the store for the first time but the owner seems kind and responsive. Hopefully will continue buying food from there. Downside is, you can't rely on this shop if you need pet food 🆘 Because I realised this myself that 7/10 times the shop looks open from outside but is locked!.

I have not been to their store but I have purchased live aquarium plants from their website. I am very pleased with what I have received. The plants were high quality, arrived fresh and healthy, packaged well and reasonably priced. They have a large collection of aquatic plants. They choose the day/time of their shipping thoughtfully, so that the plants spend minimal amount of time in transit. So if you order nearer to/during an weekend, be patient since the shipment may be sent out early following week. Overall, the best experience so far in terms of ordering aquatic plants online.

Very bad experience and a total scam this time around. I have previously purchased plants from this website and have a had good experience. This time though they've taken the payments but not processed any order. Post contacting them on whatsap, they confirmed that would get back shortly and sort out the issue. But now they completely ignore calls and texts. I wouldnt recommend this website any more.

Basit knows his stuff. I needed a small aquarium for my 3-year old and looked up for stores around Srinagar. After a couple of calls, found these guys online and they patiently answered my queries very keenly and even gave directions. A long drive across town, it was a pleasant surprise when we arrived at this store. They have a good collection of fishes, accessories and aquariums. But most of all, Basit's knowledge of his trade and his enthusiasm was heartwarming. Me and a friend picked up one each, and we got really good value for money. Aquatic Kart really is a great store and I'd highly recommend them. Go over and get yourself one today!

Very good store but i saw shubunkin tanks which are very overstocked, also your betta were kept in poor cups which was also bad, also you told some lies like that 8 goldfish can live in 15 gallon tank and goldfish grow to the size of the tank, btw this is my tank which i bought from your store

FRAUDSTERS!!! I wish i could give them zero star. Anyone who is in doubt whether to order from them or not; I ordered products worth ₹1000 from Aquatic Kart on September 16, 2024, and have yet to receive my order. Despite numerous attempts to reach the owner via phone and email, there has been no response. I’m raising this as a warning to others: please be cautious when considering purchases from Aquatic Kart. The lack of communication and service makes me doubt the legitimacy of the positive reviews. It’s hard not to wonder if these are fraudsters. Protect yourself and consider alternatives!

One of the best online store specially for aquatic plants... The packaging was good. The best part is you get both good quality plants and also at reasonable rates. Did not find a single stem plant without roots or rhizomes. Thanks for the great product. Would be placing my next order very soon.❤️

These is a fraud company , i ordered for 550 and also paid 250 for aquatic plant delivery still no information related to my purchase delivery from company. calling on the phone number provided on website it just rings no one picks up the call and the customer support is not responding. So i lost my Money, Please suggest me if i go to consumer court can i raise complain against this company. Its been more than 6 months neitehr plant is delivered nor the money is returned.

I received my order today. All plants are in good condition. I have ordered from several other aquarium plant stores. Among the stores aquatic kart products found good and healthy. They ship plant orders on every Tuesday. As I made my order on Wednesday, I have to wait till next week to receive my order. Queries also resolved on time. Thanks...

I have ordered everything from aquarium equipment, food to live plants from them and always had a great experience. Their customer support is impeccable, and products high quality. I hope they also sell fishes online in future.

I ordered a bunch of plants and some CSM+B. Plants were delivered within 2 days of dispatch and were mostly received in good condition. Seller offered to replace some damaged plants in next order. Cost is very competitive and customer support is good as well. Definitely a good experience. Now only if they would start selling Tetras and other fish online, it would make this the best e-shop for aquarium shopping.

Awesome place to find detailed information and best suited products. I had ordered live plants and tourmaline balls for my shrimp tank from them. The plants were bushy healthy and very beautiful. The packing was great and the quantity of plants provided was very good. Really like the personal touch given by the staff.

I asked for few copepods and they said copepods are free with cheato macro algea and they have send me a huge amount of cheato, and I am so happy that's it was worth the price i paid for 😊

Ordered couple of plants from their site. They sent me the incorrect plants and even after informing them with proof they still are not accepting the mistake. I did not expect a refund but at least a correction so that it does not happen in the future. The shipment is also very slow. Not worth trying again.

They keep us updated on our order progress. I found them good for querry resolution too. Delivery: Plants were well packed to maintain its condition. Also the package came within two days. Good to go ahead with the team.
