It’s my second time to visit this salon,I would like to thank my hairstylist JERRY for the amazing job on my hair. She was very professional and friendly,my hair turned out amazing she understands the hair color i wanted , and the result was perfect. I’m very happy with the service ..highly recommended❤️

I salute the entire team for the excellent service. They listened to the hairstyle I wanted and achieved it perfectly. This is is the first time that I’ve been truly satisfied with my hair. Thank you to Jerry who did my hair color — I’m so satisfied, I didn’t expect that my ugly hair could be made this beautiful. I highly recommend this salon, especially Jerry who worked on my hair thank you. And all the staff were very accommodating as well.

Since they asked for a review, I think it's only fair to give honest feedback. Before the service, I clearly explained the specific hair color I wanted to the stylist and even showed an inspiration photo. I understood that the result might not be the exact same shade, but the stylist assured me it would be very similar, so we both agreed to proceed. Unfortunately, when the coloring was finished, it was obvious to both of us that the result was not the color I wanted. Instead of a light brown shade with lowlights, my hair turned out brassy and golden,the complete opposite of what I had requested. I was very disappointed and upset. The following day, I contacted them to ask if they could correct the color because I was genuinely unhappy with the outcome. I was frustrated and emotional because the color was far from what I had envisioned. To their credit, they agreed to fix it and accommodated my request. However, after the correction, my hair became extremely dry, frizzy, and rubbery in texture, which I believe may have been caused by the repeated chemical processing and over-treatment. I appreciate that they attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, my overall experience left me disappointed with both the color outcome and the condition of my hair afterward.

Fantastic experience ar Arabali spa! I spent three blissful hours here doing their combo package: Massage, gel mani, foot spa, gel pedi, eyebrow threading, hair wash and blow dry. Every single step of the way I felt pampered by the cheerful team of ladies. Wish I could come here every week. Highly recommended. 10/10!!! 💜💜💜💜💜❣️

I came here for haircut and they were very unprofessional. I only asked for a normal curtain bangs but even that is hard for them. They have no idea how to do such simple hairstyles. They can only do straight cut. Everyone has different hair types but they always try to straighten the hair instead of styling it in that person hair type. The lady washing my hair i don’t know if she’s new because she was spraying the water all over my clothes and face and using very cold water and I asked to decreases but it was still the same. And they were very rough with my hair when washing. I had to show them with the scissors how to cut. If I had cut it myself I would’ve been able to do better. I’m never coming back here again. I had come here before to thread my eyebrows and when I came out they were so inflamed and full of bumps for days. This has never happened before and I’ve done threading in other salons as well.

This is my first time ever getting highlights and availing of their promo — super worth it! Ms. Lizel has such a light touch; I’m really satisfied with my manicure and pedicure. And especially kudos to Jery, who did my hair — 1,000,000/10 The highlights turned out so beautiful. I have no regrets going to Arabali Salon, and I’ll definitely be coming back often! Thank you po!

Sharing my very disappointing experience with this salon. Came here for lash lifting service but result was very disappointing (as shown on the 1st picture). It clearly shows that the lashes weren't lifted, looks like lashes were just curled. I always have my lashes lifted but i never get this kind of result, this is the 1st time i've experienced this that i asked them to redo it but still got the same result. Cashier/receptionist asked me if i want to redo it but i refused since i have other commitments. Came home to disappointment so i have to redo my lashes using my lash lifting kit. The result turned out perfect (as shown on the 2nd pic). I messaged the salon asking for a refund but they kept on insisting that it wasn't refundable. I was begging them for the refund but they want to offer me to avail of their other services or come back so they can redo it but i told them that i'm not interested that i just want my money back since I PAID FOR NOTHING. They told me they'll message the next day to update me if they can return my money so i waited the next day but still no message so i approached them then they told me that the staff who made my lashes will shoulder the refund but after a while they called me and insisted to send them a pic of my dry lashes since they want to justify that my lashes weren't lifted properly because of some missing hairs. Since they won't give me back the money, i just gave the service replacement to my friend. This is the worse i've experienced, from the way they handled this situation to the way they didn't even put like a slight effort to resolve this. By the way, that's my hard earned money that was just put to waste i can't even. And IT'S WORTH 150QR FOR NOTHING!

Fitst of all i would love to tell u that was my first experience with ARABALI SALOON ☺. To be honest i was very nurverse of course that was my first session with them. But after i was talk with receptionist she was absolutely wonderful woman i ever seen ❤️. She was explain me everything and then i was choosed 500qr combo pack. They were gave me worth service. The Combo pack for 500 is worth it. They did my hair nicely 😊. Staff was absolutely good & Friendly.😍 I will go next time as well. Thank you for ur exellent and fantastic service.❤️ Highly Recommend Arabali Saloon.❤️❤️ Unfortunately i didnt make to take some pics. But Next time i ll. After leaving Perú and stay here in Qatar for 2 months , this is my first time in a salon, and I couldn’t be more Satisfied, it felt like home, since the first approach from the hostess and also the manicurist, hairdresser, all of them were very professional and approachable, I dont use to cut my hair in any place, but now this is my must when I have to do my eyebrows, hair- cut. All in one place and great price!! Very affordable 🫶🏻💕

Ive been doing my lashes here the past 4 months and the Service is top 10 and I’m always happy with my lashes 😻

First visit, very disappointing. First- I ask them for black dye color, but instead they use other color. And when its done i noticed its not the color i choose, i asked about it then the staff said its because my hair will look like a wig if they use black. Like they didnt bother to ask me, I want black since i dont want to dye my hair anymore!!! 2nd- They charge me extra for gel polish removal both feet and hands, EVENTHOUGH only the hands has polish and some of them chipped off already, my feet doesnt have any polish to remove. They charged 60qr both feet and hands!!! Ridiculous! 2nd visit- I gave them a chance since its the only nearest salon in my house. This time only hair trim. I knew the price for hair trim is only 30qr as per their fb post pricing. But guess what they charged 50qr for only 1 inch trim. The cashier or manager wont leave you alone, asking to pay 500qr then will use it next time, and they can give my hair trim for free.Told them im fine and ill just come back. But damn, the manager keep insisting like not twice, and after few minutes, the cashier this time forcing me again to get the package, like ill pay now then use it later. I understand the marketing but should not forcing client to pay upfront, its really annoying. Unprofessional.
