Much appreciate the service and quality of batteries. Bought a battery here 14 months back and got a free replacement as there was 18 months warranty. It was super power brand and works just fine. Biam Singh assisted well and was super fast to replace my battery.

Good prices for car batteries, and good quality batteries as well. However, I noticed that the service tech wasn't wearing protective gloves while changing the battery. I recommend the management to provide better PPE for the safety of the workers.

Very bad service .. went there to replace the battery and there policy that we must bring the car so they check the battery and replace it .. they dont dont have a battery and that car doesnt start with a jumper as the battery is completely dead i had to bring my car on a tow car and pay 8BD for the car tow to just replace a battery that costs 30BD i spoke to the manager and explained but no help other brands they dont do like that they always must have a replacement battery’s for like that situations.. some managers just love to make the job more complicated on there customers and effect there business and reputations on simple things.
