Today, I visited the Arabian Business Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, regarding an urgent documentation issue. I was extremely anxious and confused, as I had arrived after the official cut-off time for document attestation and feared that my work would be delayed. At that moment, I was fortunate to meet a staff member named Jitesh, who turned out to be an absolute savior. From the very beginning, he was calm, approachable, understanding, and highly professional. After patiently listening to my concern, he immediately took the initiative, made a few calls, and reassured me that despite the cut-off time having passed, my documents would still be processed by the evening. Naturally, I remained apprehensive, but I had no option other than to trust his assurance. To my pleasant surprise, by evening I received a message from Jitesh informing me that my documents were ready for collection. He even went the extra mile by sending me soft copies as well. In today’s fast-paced environment, such efficiency, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help are truly commendable. My sincere thanks and appreciation to Jitesh for his exceptional support and customer service.

Initially, I approached the Arabian Business Centre with a degree of caution, having found the company through the internet, and needing to arrange a significant payment upfront. However, upon visiting their office in person, my concerns were immediately alleviated. My point of contact, Kiran, managed my case and delivered excellent work. As I had to stay in Dubai until the whole process is completed, the processing time was a critical factor for me. Thanks to Kirian for not only completing the work flawlessly but also in a remarkably short timeframe. The service was even faster than the so-called VIP processing options offered by other companies, and at a fraction of the cost. I had a very disappointing experience with Arabian Business Center. I initially applied for a visa through them with high expectations, especially given how professionally they promote their services online. Unfortunately, the process took far longer than what was promised, with little to no proactive updates from their side. I had to keep following up repeatedly just to get basic information about the progress. After months of waiting with no clear outcome, I finally decided to request a refund. Even the refund process was delayed, and I had to send multiple reminders to get clarity on when and how the refund would be processed. What started as a promising and professional interaction turned into a long, frustrating experience filled with uncertainty and lack of communication. I sincerely hope the company improves its transparency, responsiveness, and follow-up with clients in the future.
