This is my first time leaving a review for a company, and unfortunately, it’s a disappointing one. My recent experience with ARAS during the resale of my unit was frustrating and stressful. Due to miscommunication and delays from their staff, I was stuck in Dubai for three extra days, rebooking my return ticket daily. When Jhing, the previous admin, was handling things, everything was smooth and efficient. Unfortunately, the current staff member seems inexperienced and unsure of the proper procedures. It’s clear that the management failed to hire someone capable of handling operations effectively. I hope they address this issue to avoid causing the same inconvenience to others.

Ich habe bei einer Q&A auf Instagram eine Frage an den CEO gestellt. Hat mich direkt auf einen Kaffee eingeladen. Als ich dann dort war hab ich bei einem Kaffee eine schöne Unterhaltung mit ihm geführt. Sehr professionelles Verhalten und unglaublich nett! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Overall experience dealing with the organization was indifferent, however dealing with jhing was very much pleasant and fairly helpful. Without her dealings I would probably not recommend this company.

Their property consultant is very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.. I really can't believe the way they talk to their clients and they are expecting me to trust them and pay at least 750,000 Dhs in cash for an off-plan project.. Darling, the way you sell won't make you elegible to get even 75 dhs out of my pocket 😅.. Very pathetic !

It would be nice if the Aras group employees answered the calls and explained when their building is ready to move in. I heard about November, December, March, April etc. and still nothing. I think we are living in different years.

I am really happy with their services and the support they provide. My query was handled from A to Z. Their agents know their properties inside and out! Thank you very much!
