This is completely unacceptable. Despite making full advance payment, I have experienced extremely poor service from your end. It has now been three months, and I have received only one email update. The delivery was clearly committed for 7th January, yet the order still shows “In Production” with no meaningful progress. Repeated follow-ups have led to nothing but vague responses. Chat support fails to provide any concrete information, and your agents continuously state that I will receive a call “soon,” which has never happened. This pattern clearly reflects negligence and a lack of accountability. A written explanation for this unreasonable delay. 3. Immediate escalation to a senior authority. Product: Customised round mouse pad The print quality and material are good but frustratingly the mouse pad I received is practically useless as its clearly less than the ordered 20x20cm. At about 16 something cm diameter, this might seem like a moderate difference but it's almost 30% less mouse pad by area (200sq cm vs the ordered 314sq cm). As you can see in the attached picture, this makes it a fancy table decoration at best. There has been zero response from Arcprint even as I've tried contacting them via phone, mail, Whatsapp to find some sort of resolution. I understand that this is a fairly cheap product at about INR250 for the whole order but that is still money wasted with no benefit. So I'm adding this poor review until such a time that I get a resolution and as a clear warning to any other customers.

Ordered Customized Calender with them and paid full money in advance. Have to do multiple follow-up for delivery and delayed a day. Received pathetic quality printing and finishing with images are contained dust settled. Spiral were bent and broken in many pieces. Shared feedback and for response like it will be resolved. After almost 10 days. No response to my messages. If you don't want to waste your money and time, please avoid this ARC Print.

A totally non-professional work culture; I regret having placed my order with them. There is not a single person who is responsible or accountable for your order except the person on the chat bot (Shreya), who is a mere puppet. Her only answer is ‘ I can’t do anything; it is not in my hands. I had placed an order for multiple sets of Jig-saw puzzles from a picture. My requirement was a puzzle with 35-40 pieces. The company took up the order, payment was done and a design was sent to me for approval. (Attached). I approved this design. Some days later, when I received my order, they delivered a totally different product that has 80 pieces, and definitely not as per the design I had approved. This was non-acceptable to me and I communicated this to the person on chat bot (as there is no one responsible). For almost a week they kept on assuring they would replace the items with fresh ones till finally they gave up and said that they will refund the money in a day’s time. Days have passed by – the chat bot person does not reply to messages, and the refund has gone for a toss! Here is a company that gives assurance but fails to deliver – also very poor at communication. In fact, they never get back to you – you have to spend your valuable time calling them, messaging them – while they hardly respond. So eventually, I did not get my ordered product, lost my money in the process, wasted almost 2 weeks on this and ended up disappointed!! Hope this message is an eye opener for ARC Print

Totally waste of time, expected delivery time was around 7th Jan, 24 still not received item on 17th Jan, whenever call them the only reply was one person will look after it and updates will be given on WhatsApp, no response after asking tracking id , simply won't order bulk for my company
