We printed a PLA femur bone model at Arc Solution Documents, and the quality was excellent. The print finish and accuracy were very good. We’ve been in business for years, and this vendor stands out as the most unprofessional we’ve ever dealt with. In December 2024, we paid an advance of approximately 1.6 lakhs for low-volume injection molding, with a promised lead time of one month. It’s now the end of March 2025, and we haven’t even received a satisfactory sample. Their representative, Varun, has proven to be both unreliable and dishonest in his communication. Even escalating the issue to their senior named Paul has been useless. It seems they are all in on it. Good reviews are all fake as these people fail at such simple job, no way they have satisfied customer.

I recently purchased calendars from ARC and was very impressed with the quality. The print finish, colors and overall design are excellent. Delivery was on time, and the packaging was neat. Recent­ly I ordered an acrylic box with routing and logo work from ARC and the output was absolutely amazing! 😍 The finishing was super neat, the logo came out very sharp, and the overall quality was beyond my expectations. This is by bar the worst and the most unprofessional vendor we have dealt with. False promises of due dates, they acted like they can handle big orders with a lot of variants in a small span of time to make sure my company makes the payment. Once the payment was done we had to face all typed of issues. We finally got only half of the order after the whole event was over. And when asked for refund they gave very less amount. I was dealing with someone by the name of Moses who pretends to be the manager/owner but isn’t. He said things like “I’m not your slave”, “I don’t have time for you, we have other customers” (after committing to our order and timeline) and “don’t believe every word I say”. We did get half of the order after the event was over, but this company seems partially fraudulent to me.

Have got a temperature bottle. It was good and nice and Premium quality and selected brand-name With printed UV designs. It was really amazing and wonderful. On-time delivery, which is amazing, But the price is little high is compare to other market,
