I visited their store along with my friend. We brought 3 fragrances and were on route to buy another 2. Yes we took time to go through couple fragrances we had in mind because we didn't want to waste money, but the manager and staff started shouting in Hindi regarding us being there for a long time. The worst part is we brought 3 fragrances and yet we get treated in disgust because we were looking forward to buy another 2 and we took time. We didn't bother buying another 2 and left the store cause of embarrassment. Such a shameful place.

Very busy place. Mostly wholesale. You need to know what you want, or it will be difficult to get someone to assist. Their perfumes are good value for money. Bought hayati, which is an invictus aqua clone and wafa, which is a mix of PDM carlyle and killian black phantom. Both are very good quality. Parking is difficult. You need to park elsewhere and walk. 5 stars only because of the difficulty in getting someone to help in store.

Great place quality products always recommended to buy lattafa perfume smells great as always!!

ادارة فاشلة وموظفين حقراء لايحترمون الزبائن وحتى مدير المعرض لا يفعل شيء من مايوحي انه راضاً عن الحثالة من شرق اسيا الذي يوظفهم لكي يخسر زبائنه

Wow😍 where to start. 10/10 experience visited store twice and each time staff were extremely patience, I spend there more than an hour ech time, I definitely highly recommend this store. Very crowded most of the time, and the staff seems too busy to clarify queries. The focus felt more like rushing through business than helping customers. Could be improved

La plus part des parfums vendus dans cette établissement ne sont pas des originaux il faut faire très attention Au produit utilisé pour la fabrication de ces parfums " peuvent contenir des produits toxiques néfaste à la santé et à la nature"

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in both branch in gold souq..i hope the management will do something about their staff who is the frontliner of their business..

Zero stars I had a terrible experience at this perfume shop. The customer service was appalling, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. It was clear that unless you already knew exactly what you were looking for, the staff had no interest in assisting you. I tried asking for help and was met with dismissive responses. The atmosphere was unfriendly, and it felt like the staff were more bothered by my presence than eager to make a sale. I will definitely not be returning and would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience.

I was a very loyal customer since I was a kid visiting with relatives up-to my last visit. I noticed during my last visit two days ago, that the prices got much higher. Their own products are higher too. The international perfumes became same price as any other branded big retail shops. We bought a big quantity, however we didn't get discounts and the owner didn't even want to offer any gifts like other shops. In fact he said I can't offer any giveaway gifts. I will give another chance in the future and will update my review if any good changes happened. Parking is a challenge there. You need a driver or taxi or park far away. Thanks

Small but very good, has all famous lattafa colognes and you get to get a feel for them before you buy it. Prices are very good and not overcharged like many places. I definitely recommend visiting
