Living here for years. Excellent location with all amenities at walking distance. The best part is that it's closest to Heesa street, so you avoid morning and evening rush.

I've lived in Arena Apartments for the past nine years since I first arrived in Dubai, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The apartments are incredibly spacious, offering ample room for comfortable living. Security is top-notch, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all residents. The facilities are excellent, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and communal spaces that are always clean and well-maintained. The play area is a fantastic addition, providing a safe and fun space for children to enjoy. It's a well-maintained building, with prompt and efficient maintenance services. The management team has always been responsive and attentive to residents' needs. Sadly, I must now leave due to the rising greed of some landlords, which has forced me to move on. Despite this, I highly recommend Arena Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to live in Dubai.

Good building at a good location. Spacious apartments. Reception lobby is very big as well. All facilities nearby.

Very nice building, community and specious flats. Management company is also responsible and responsive

High end and in demand building with quality infrastructure. Arena has a very centralized location within Dubai Sports City. Apartments are spacious compared to normal buildings. Studios are massive, and comes with a study room. One of the few Chiller free buildings within DSO, makes it very efficient for people looking out to rent.

Well made and well managed apartments. Children's common play area is a great extra not found in many places

Building does not have maintenance contract, you will have to pay for any repairs. Avoid moving here
