We visited the Ark Hotel in Bukhara to take a closer look at the property. Upon arrival, the exceptionally large and spacious hotel grounds immediately stand out, creating a very open and well-maintained impression. The rooms appear large, comfortable, and generously designed. The hotel is located slightly outside the Old Town, which provides a pleasantly quiet atmosphere while still being conveniently accessible. A particular highlight is the swimming pool area. The pool looks clean, inviting, and well cared for, offering a great place to relax — especially after a full day exploring Bukhara. Overall, the hotel leaves a very positive impression. As travel experts for Central Asia, we recommend this hotel.

Cool, clean hotel. But decent breakfast, and there were leakage issue. (I didn't spill the water outside the bath, but there was a complaint of leakage from downstairs.) And too many bird were drinking waters from the out-side pool. It's risky (vulnerable) for Meningococcal infection from the wild birds.

Es un hotel pésimo, evitar la habitación 209. Pasa el tubo del extractor de la cocina, hay olor a grasa y a las 4:30 de la madrugada empieza el ruido del extractor. Si no es suficiente los colchones son duros e incómodos, no tiene ascensor y los desayunos no son nada buenos. Cuando lo reclamas no ven cual es el problema y los encargados de la recepción nos trataron muy mal. Si podéis escoger

La ubicación excelente, pero el hotel... Esta muy viejo, las camas más duras que una piedra. Se notaba todo muy antiguo y daba la sensación de suciedad con tanta moqueta. Además, no tenía ascensor y las habitaciones eran de papel. Se oía todo lo que pasaba en la habitación de al lado y de arriba.

Maximales Sicherheitsrisiko - jeder kann mit den Magnetkarten in jedes Zimmer. Bei mir standen Nachts zwei Menschen im Zimmer trotz abgeschlossener Tür. Klimaanlage ging auch nicht. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Entschädigung. NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!!!

No lo recomiendo. Pésimo hotel. La hemos pasado muy mal. El servicio es muy deficiente. Habitaciones viejas, sin aire acondicionado. Solo 1 toma corriente funcional. Falla la electricidad. Falla el internet. Mucho ruido de la calle. En algunas habitaciones de otros compañeros había mal olor. El desayuno es de calidad baja y poco variado.

Fijn hotel met lekkere bedden. Toen koelkastje ontbrak op de kamer werd er eentje gebracht. Buitenzwembad is ook een pluspunt. Bij het zwembad kun je ook drankjes bestellen. De wijn gaat alleen per fles en bleek niet lekker. De locatie is op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheid de Ark maar zit niet in het oude centrum van de stad. Bij het ontbijt was het witte brood dat in het broodrooster past steeds op. Een ophanghaak in de badkamer was fijn geweest. Bijgebouwkamers minder sfeervol dan in hoofdgebouw. Nachtlampjes ontbraken. Supermarkt op loopafstand. Wijnbar in kelder leek nooit open. Lift ontbreekt.

Piękny hotel, fantastyczna i przemiła obsługa , świetne śniadania. Myślę że jeszcze tam wrócę. Gorąco polecam

La struttura si presenta molto ricca di ornamenti architettonici classici in cui spicca il contrasto tra le pareti bianche e l'arredamento scuro, che donano molta luce all'ambiente. Le camere sono pulite, dotate di frigo bar, tv a parete e kit di cortesia. Il personale cortese, discreto e disponibile

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Constant electricity issues, water heater didn’t work, and the AC gave trouble too. Despite multiple calls, the reception was unresponsive and unhelpful. Staff are poorly trained, and management is extremely rude. Breakfast was just okay with very limited variety and no one around to assist. The rooms are terrible—two single beds joined to pose as a double, and the bathroom is old and worn out. No elevator... This is *definitely* not a 4-star hotel. Don’t be fooled by the pretty reception area or misleading positive reviews. Great location though!

This hotel was amazing - the sauna and pool were so lovely & the bed and room was perfect. A special thank you to Mehroj and Muhammadsaloh, we had a late train & their service to accommodate us was amazing up until we left despite us not staying another night. Very much appreciated!

Piękny hotel, oddalony kilkaset metrów od starówki miasta. Pokoje są przestronne i wygodne, dla gości dostępny jest także basen. Pyszne śniadania z lokalnych produktów.

Juste an hour before check in they whatsapped me and told that there are no more rooms left in the hotel and that they relocate me to a nearby hotel more expensive Dera hotel. Well that was a disaster hotel, everything was falling apart, dirty, pool not clean l, breakfast disgusting, internet not working. Staff not professional

Worst management ever. Rude service from managers too. Very old rooms and bathroom amenities, no hot water when u need, the breskfast spread is not 4 star either,nothing in this hotel is 4 star, no one to help in banquet.. Dissapointed to say the least, fell for the false ratings

İş sebebiyle 20 gün kadar konaklamak zorunda kaldım. Sürekli problemli odalarda kalmaya zorladılar. Çünkü sorunsuz odalar Avrupalı turistler için ayrılmıştı. 10 günüm oda için kavga ederek geçti! Türkiye'den gideceklere kesinlikle tavsiye etmem, açıkça ikinci sınıf insan gibi muamele görüyorsunuz..

4/10, NO recommendation! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen aus folgenden 5 Gründen: -Es riecht nach Kanalisation in beiden Zimmern, wird unerträglich stark sobald man die Belüftung einschaltet -Die anderen Kommentare haben absolut recht was die Betrugsmasche der Zimmer angeht- 3er Familienzimmer Premium gebucht, stattdessen 2 Einzelzimmer bekommen weil "leider ausgebucht" .... bei immer leerem Pool und Sauna und beim Frühstück max. 15 Leute -wohl eher nicht... -Frühstück sehr schlechte Qualität, bis auf die Würstchen alles kalt, Eier werden auch 20 min vor Schluss nicht mehr nachgelegt, einmal probiert und den zweiten Tag darauf verzichtet -Sauna gefährlich! Holz wurde mit Metallnägeln auf der Sitzfläche (!) Zusammengenagelt, die Nägel schauen zum Teil noch 1 cm raus....viel Spaß beim hinsetzen -Der Zimmerservice wurde trotzdem "please clean" ignoriert und nicht gemacht, auf Nachfragen hätte es die Reinigungskraft wohl nicht gesehen....wozu gibt es dann das Schild welches außen an die Tür gehängt wird "Please CLEAN"??? Insgesammt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Von außen und die Anlage auf den 1.Blick wirklich schön, leider alles darüber hinaus furchtbar.

Самый лучший отель. Рекомендую. Завтраки вкусные.Работает бар круглосуточно. Приветственный персонал.Самые лучшие ребята.Но был казус...мы забыли там гостинцы которые купили домой ,хотя молодой человек на ресепшене сам у нас взял эти гостинцы положить в холодильник и не дал нам по возвращении.Мы вспомнили об этом когда приехали в ЖДВ БУХАРА.Печалька,я обещала детям привести гостиницы....

Приветствую собственников и гостей отеля! Хочу выразить огромную благодарность администрации за восточное гостеприимство. Теплота и радушие царят в каждом уголке, уровень сервиса на высочайшем месте, чистота и порядок в номерах приятно удивляют и радуют. Впечатлила особая самобытность архитектуры и интерьера этого заведения. Национальная кухня- это отдельный шедевр. Понравилось удобное расположение, близость к основным достопримечательностям древнего города. Любые организационные вопросы быстро и легко решаются персоналом. Очень рекомендую путешественникам и гостям города Ark-Hotel. Поверьте, друзья, вы не разочаруетесь!!!
