I know the clinic and the team managing there very well. I have been to this clinic many many times. They are a blessing to the neighborhood!
I heard about them from my best friend, Parsa. On those days, he was super anxious about Gerdoo(a beautiful golden retriever) who was super sick, and he was aimlessly looking for the best treatment available in Tehran. Now that I am typing all these, Gerdoo is lying beside me - Thank God she is okay.
I felt a responsibility to explain this efficient team and the clinic, so here it is:
The Address is pretty straightforward so that you won't miss it.
"If you are not Iranian, just know that "Arghavan" means Purple "yes the color" - you won't miss the logo!
When you enter, you will see the grass floor and the open hosting space - "yes - you can have tea or coffee there while your dearest family member is finding new friends there."
If you go straight to the ground floor, you will meet the receptionist who can calmly explain all their services - Ask for Saeed Saboury if you want everything done extremely fast. I must say he will answer "yes" to all your wishes; I never sensed any boundaries to his range of services.
There are super friendly doctors, and if they are off duty, it is hard to understand if they are visitors or people working there - the area outside is more like a Cafe than a clinic.
If you go up on the top floor from the metallic stairs outside, you will see the pet shop:
Before entering the pet shop, there is this big glass window that you can see the trimming area - time to make your dog look pretty!
As you enter the pet shop, there are all sorts of possibilities: from foods to all kinds of carrying bags or toys - you name it.
They also serve radiology and many other tests for pets - yes, not the owners!
I hope this review can be a helpful introduction to the clinic.
Tips:
Dr. Shadi Saghafi would respond to your concerns if you had any ideas about improving the services as she is super careful about how her clinic serves.
Niko manages their Social Media, and she is always looking for people who have exciting stories about their pets, so talk to her if you have anything interesting to share!
