Absolute nuts! Wanted to v Get 5 a4 prints and have them laminated. Was directed to 5 counters on 3 separate floors. And the final girl gave me a look indicating utter disgust to have to do some work instead of sleeping. This should be marketed as some weird local experience or a challenge like try and get your job done from here. I ran in fear worried that I might get stuck on whatever strange dimension I had stumbled on. Absolutely gobsmacked!!!

Some of the sales assistants pretend as if they don't hear our inquiries. Some keep talking with each other even when we go to them and ask a question. One walked away as soon as I asked a question. Their behaviour felt pretty rude. This happened about 3 times during a single visit. I went to buy some stroy books - about 30 of them. They have cheap storybooks compared to other bookshops and I got a considerable discount too.

Good place to buy any kind of stationary items and books with very reasonable price. Communication is available in the upper floor with computer type settings, laminating services, comparatively very fair price. Vehicle park is not available and you have to park it on public car park(free parking) situated just 50m from the shop. Recommended to go there.

Very attractive service and being able to do everything under one roof saved my time. I am a teacher. Special thanks to the photocopy section for kindly preparing the necessary photocopies for my students. Those three girls did a job for me that was rejected by several stations because it takes time. Thanx sisters.🙏❤️❤️

A famous book shop in Galle The arrangement of the shop does not match with modern generations Staff support and efficiency to be further improved Very limited parking in front of the shop, but able to manage parking because there is a paid parking slot adjacent to the shop.

Poor Customers service. There are so much of staff but not for the service, doing personal things. Even the security person is not good, no respect. Staff are very careless.

I think they have to improve a lot in terms of customer service. Staff to be trained to be more efficient. Credit or debit card payment they charged extra 3% on MRP

So photocopy service is good but scaning and laminating are very slow and not fast. I don't recommend this bookshop for do things fast so if you are in hurry you have to go to another place.other wise your things get mess up.

Can call this as a one stop stationary shop. Only a small collection of reading books like novels but for education purposes there are many. They also provide other stationary services too like paper & photo printing and copying , Book binding , Laminating , Greeting cards. Very busy place during school starting seasons. For bulks they give special discounts.

A good place for photocopying and digital printing. However, some services are pricy; thay charged Rs 60 just to scan one page of a document, it cost Rs 240 for a 4-page document. Also, it is very hot inside, they should consider air conditioning the place.

All most all stationery works are there except FAX. They are little bit lazy at work and seems to be that they dont have proper expirience. But due to easiness i give them 4 stars
