During summer Most Shirazi people have a habit of buying large quantities of Abghore(water of not ripened grape) and Ablimo (water of lemon) for their use for the whole year. In general, the Shirazis use more abghora (grape juice that has not ripened) in their stew. Many other cities of Iran also use it in food, but it is not customary to buy it in this way and they usually use ready samples. But in Shiraz, this is so common that if a Shirazi lives in another city, she/he is constantly looking for gardens or shops like this and most of the time he doesn't find them. There are lots of these kinds of shops in Shiraz. You can find all kinds of vinegar, pickles, and sweet and sour snacks. Everything can be bought by kilo or litre. They also have disposable bottles and containers. In the summer, Abghoreh and Ablimoi are made fresh in front of the customers. On each of their large containers, it is written what it contains and everyone can take whatever they want. Regarding the price, it is a bit high, but the quality is also good.
