Few weeks ago I went there to exchange some money with American dollars. They asked me to pay first, so did I. After few minutes the seller came excusing the internal fault of communication with the main leading office! He suggested me to go and come back in an hour, and do some of your personal stuff! That's when I only had an EFTPOS payment receipt, which is not much valuable to prove my payment in order to get my money back! 🤔 Seeing this behaviour, I said I'll stay here in your office for as long as my exchange transaction to be done. After a few minutes he came back to me and said, he can issue a check to me to get my money back from the bank!!! 🙄 What a waste of time ⌚ Now, can I trust the financial institutions again?
