Room number 3105 Our experience at Daffodils by Artemis for the delivery of our baby has been truly exceptional and deeply reassuring. My wife is herself a practicing physiotherapist in a very reputed hospital in Delhi and had the option to avail free services there. However, after careful evaluation, we consciously chose Daffodils by Artemis — and we are extremely satisfied with that decision. Dr. Anuradha Khurana, our consulting gynecologist, exemplifies clinical excellence and professionalism. From antenatal consultations to personally performing the C-section, she maintained clarity, confidence, and composure throughout. Her transparent communication and reassuring approach gave us immense confidence during a very significant phase of our lives. A special note of gratitude to Dr. A.K. Gupta, the anesthesiologist, who is not only highly skilled but also an exceptionally kind and compassionate human being. His calm demeanor and thoughtful reassurance helped ease my wife’s anxiety before surgery and made the entire experience far more comfortable. The nursing and support staff were consistently attentive, prompt, and courteous. The coordination between departments was seamless, reflecting a strong culture of patient-centric care. The hospital infrastructure deserves appreciation as well. The rooms are very well maintained, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to ensure privacy and ease during recovery. The environment is hygienic, organized, and pleasantly less crowded, which adds significantly to patient comfort. We would also like to sincerely acknowledge the housekeeping and cleaning staff for maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards at all times. Their quiet efficiency did not go unnoticed. Additionally, the pantry staff were polite, responsive, and ensured timely service with warmth and professionalism. Overall, the entire team at Daffodils by Artemis delivered not just medical care, but a holistic and reassuring experience during one of the most important milestones of our lives. The doctors were experienced, patient, and took time to explain the treatment plan. The nursing staff was supportive and always available when needed. I had a great experience with Artemis Daffodil hospital. 1. Starting from the management (Ms. Kalyani and Mr. Shubham), who guided us from the days of our pregnancy till the discharge of new born baby, everything was top class. 2. Hospital staff like nurses and support staff(specially Laxmi didi) all of them were very supportive and caring. 3. Finally, the best part is DR. ANURADHA KHURRANA. She is so good that we choose her over a very good doctor in fortis. She was very responsive to messages even at odd hours. The day we got admitted she picked our call at 5 AM in morning. “I recently delivered my baby via C-section at daffodils by artemis at spring meadows east of kailash , and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. From admission to discharge, everything was well-organized. My doctors ( doc Santosh Dhar& team ) nd baby doc (dr Tandon & team ) were calm, confident, and explained each step before the surgery, which reduced my anxiety a lot. The nurses were incredibly kind— both Parul & Laxmi ) they helped me with pain management, breastfeeding, and baby care throughout my stay. The hygiene standards were excellent and the room was well-equipped and comfortable. The house keeping staff nd food department were also commendable Overall, it was a very positive experience for me and my baby. Highly recommended for ur baby nd mom to bee . Bringing my baby into this world at this hospital was a blessing nd top knotch experience Lastly bt most imp the packages provided by Ms. Rajni was very pocket friendly with no hidden cost attached to it

Room no. 3106 Dr Sonal(gynecologist)has been a wonderful person. Very supportive and caring. Always there for any help and need.. Also Dr. S. Tondon(pediatrician) has been a great support and guide. Kudos to the whole team Shakuntala didi and laxmi didi were top notch while performing their duties. Very caring and delicate.

The hospital team is very professional and committed to their work, providing support and care 24x7. During our stay, we never felt any shortage of anything. The doctors are highly professional and experienced, and one of the best things is that they never create fear or panic for patients or attendants regarding any situation. Instead, they explain everything calmly and clearly. We stayed in the hospital for three nights, but it never felt like we were in a hospital. The environment was very comfortable and felt more like a family atmosphere. The housekeeping team, security staff, sisters, and nurses are all extremely professional, respectful, and dedicated to their responsibilities. A special thanks to the hospital manager who always made sure that no patient or attendant faced any difficulty during their stay. Initially, we were planning to book another hospital for the delivery, but our doctor suggested this hospital. We are truly grateful to Dr. Santosh Dhar for recommending such an excellent hospital. We had excellent experience with the House Keeping staff Ms Shakuntala and Lakshmi. They were prompt and very supportive in their work and guided us how to manage the health of new born and mother. We were in Room No 3106 under guidance of Dr Gurmeet Bansal

I had a great experience with the team here. Dr. Anuradha, Dr. Tandon, and Dr. Sonali took excellent care of the baby, and the nursing staff was top-notch. I especially want to thank the cleaning and Aya staff, particularly Parul ji and Shakuntala Ji, for their experienced care of both mother and baby. It was a wonderful experience. By the God of grace, we have delivered a healthy baby. All the staff members are very humble, cooperative and polite. Both mother and child received proper care and attention.Dr. Anuradha Khurana guided us very well since day 1. We are heartfully thankful to her. We had a very good experience at the hospital during my wife’s delivery. Dr. Anuradha was excellent—very knowledgeable, calm, and supportive throughout the process. Nurse Shila was extremely helpful, caring, and attentive, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The housekeeping staff did a great job in maintaining cleanliness at all times. Hospitality staff is very good and care taking. The staff in sales do false commitment and upon reminders give facilities being offered. The lift for whole 2 days not working and hospital has given zero comfort towards it .

This is my second time experience of mine, I must they have best in class service and highly professional and polite staff. Hospital is clean and hygienic. Starting from Receptionist Rajni, NICU staff Sister Libi, Helping staff I guess Laxmi didi and the great Doc Kusum Aggrawal all are exceptional. One this is missing, last time photoshoot was done for my baby, that is yet to be given since 2 years. Overall its was a great experience for me at-least.
