I’m horrified by the level of customer service provided by Aassttiinn. I’m probably one of their oldest customers, regularly buying things for myself and my friends every time I visit home. While there have been some miscommunications and delivery issues in the past, my recent experience has made me decide never to purchase from them again.
Before my trip home, I asked my mum to place an order on my behalf. Their Instagram page clearly advertised that all orders placed by a certain date would be delivered before Nowrooz, and I wanted to make sure I had the item during my two-week vacation. Not only did they fail to deliver it in time, but they also never initiated any communication from their side.
I had to message them multiple times a week, explaining that I would be leaving the country on a specific date. Every single time, they replied with vague apologies and promises to update me, but they never followed up. In the end, I messaged them again to say I was leaving the country—and only then, the next day, did they respond with: “Oh, we’ve sent it now!”
I had told them multiple times that I didn’t want the package if it wasn’t going to arrive in time, and they completely ignored that. Now, I don’t even know if someone will be able to receive the parcel, since my parents won’t be in Tehran. At this point, I’ll probably end up getting the item next year when I visit again—if it still fits or if I even still need it.
I genuinely can’t remember the last time I was this angry with a company. Aassttiinn seems to be taking their reputation as a well-known brand for granted, showing no respect for their name or their customers.
