I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on 30th Apr'26 to 1st May '26 with family and had a pleasant experience overall. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities in place. The location is convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. They have a vegetarian restaurant too. Housekeeping was prompt, and any requests were handled efficiently. Overall, it’s a good choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I would consider staying here again.

Clean comfortable and spacious rooms with working AC and WiFi. Staffs are friendly helpful and attentive to customers needs. Complementary brekfast included and is good. Hotel has a vegetarian restaurant which offers variety of mouth watering dishes . Located in heart of the city. All amenities are available nearby. Worth the money. Would recommend stay here for family and business trips.

Stayed there on 20-03-2026 . Stay was pleasant and perfect with clean rooms. Have to mention about one staff who's from coimbatore and he was friendly. Only drawback is their veg hotel attached had tasty food but their service in hotel has to be improved and availability of display food has to be maintained. Many dishes they mentioned in menu and display was not available. When enquired they told staff shortage. They didn't even try to give fresh juices even though fruits are available there.. otherwise stay was perfect.

Excellent hotel to stay. Rooms are neat and clean with all facilities including WIFI. Room services too good. Restaurant near to stay makes easy for food. Near to Thiru Nallur temple and nice infrastructure. Balcony and hotel entrance really admiring. Worth for money and also for food. As no good hotels for food available nearby. It serves only source for good food.

I've stayed two days here. Such a gud experience over all. It's located heart of d city. I recommended all, u pls prefer ths hotel for ur future stay n Karaikal.

Rooms were okay. Saw reviews and booked room here, Very worst service and the restaurant is very worst, they would give you tokens for complimentary breakfast but would take your soul out before bringing the order.Dont not book rooms here

Clean and decent sized room. Breakfast was good. The best hotel near vmmc college and hospital. It's little hard to get auto in this area, but walk a little and there's a stand. Overall, it was a good stay.

We stayed for 3 days. Complementary breakfast is mini tiffin.And they followed the same menu for all the days. Toilet bath rooms are having bad smell due to drainage problem. Office boys are very minimum so it is very difficult to get correct service. Intercom not functioning properly. Basement car parking only for 3 cars. We hv to keep our cars outside road only. Good they hv to improve facilities

If there is a 0 rating i will give it..we have booked rooms well before in advance but while check in they asked me to cancel and we were stranded in middle of roads at 4 am with my parents.. its such a horrible service and they dont have any coordination among the staff members....they dont have any ethics to run a hotel at all. Worst service.worst worst worst.....

Rooms are very comfortable, very neat and clean room service was good , and then mrng breakfast also homemade taste, we are all like it very much , and then The house keeping team very weldone their work, especially Mr.Killi and Mr.Shakthi and Mr Saravanan and then Mr.selvakumar . We celebrated a birthday party at Lee Arul Park, and it was an amazing experience! The hall was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff was very cooperative and ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. The sound system and lighting were excellent, and there was ample parking for our guests. It’s a perfect venue for any celebration. Highly recommended!

The room and food taste were all excellent.The staff were very polite and their service was very wonderful..Mr. Killivalavan's service was wonderful for us.Overall, a good quality hotel to stay with family in Thirunallar. Well established neat rooms to stay In with Families, Friends and Corporate peoples. Front desk and House keeping system are excellent. The delicious Karai Amudham veggie restaurant is an add-on benefit to the Hotel stay; Located in the heart of Karaikal and easy access to all religious places.

Nice rooms good service. Visited with family.
