Worst experience !! The staff is so rude... asked sports shoes they were so keen on telling the price What ever I touched they said it's 2k or it's 1.5k when I have not specified for any budget I don't know what they felt looking at me but they thought maybe I couldn't afford the shoes and shown attitude a lot ...it's a service and display centre proper training to handle customer must be there i understand it's Christmas if they didn't want to sell and go home maybe to celebrate ..they should have closed the store !! keeping it open and desuading customers is not a very good idea to run a business isn't it Losing custome due to staff behaviour is pathetic when there is a lot of options available in fingertips

Please do not buy from the store directly. Before hating me listen : FLIPKART PROVIDES A LOT , LITERALLY A LOT CHEAPER PRICE FOR THE SAME BRAND AND SAME SHOE AND SAME QUALITY . FOR EXAMPLE I SAW A SHOE PRICED AT 1700 IN THE STORE, IT WAS 1200 IN FLIPKART (THE SAME ONE).AND ALSO FLIPKART PROVIDES MORE VARIETY OF THE ASIAN SHOES THAN THE STOREROOM . THE STOREROOM DOSEN'T DISPLAY ALL OF THE SHOES BUT YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR FAVOURITE SHOE FROM FLIPKART OF THE ASIAN SHOES . I'm not hating the store but it's just that when you're getting the same brand , the same shoe at a lot cheaper , why would you buy from the storeroom.------------------------------------------ About the store :Good collections but price higher than online in Flipkart. Quality of products are good good and comfortable, various designs.When I was there on 7 March,2024 ALL the shoes had sale . There were 3 types of sales: 40% OFF , 30% OFF AND BUY 1 GET 1 FREE and the maximum size they had for all shoes was 10. They even have there own company's HALF T-SHIRT WHICH HAS 3-4 COLOURS LIKE BLACK , GREY , BLUE AND I LIKED THE GREY ONE AT FIRST SIGHT . The design was also good gave a royal feeling .BUT THE PRICE WAS 2 FOR 800!!! They also had black shorts.Just 1 issue was when I was exploring various shoes because I couldn't finalise which one I should take and sometimes due to the size of my feet i had to look for a different one, i was asking the employee to bring other kinds for about 3-4 times . So that employee spoke to me in a somewhat rude voice " if you would finalise that shoe then only tell me to bring it".This was only 1 employee though. I thought it was rude. I mean how am I supposed to finalise some shoe just because of its look/styles because and all the display ones were shorter for my feet. So I had to tell them to bring size 10 for every shoes I wanted to try . Its not my fault... There were no price tags in the shoes . I mean they had tags but with no price written so for every shoe you would have to ask the price verbally. But don't worry the prices are computerized and they won't scam you. Its just that price tags is a basic thing...its absent . And moreover if you enquire about shoes alot the employees get annoyed and you can see that annoyance on there faces and body language . I mean duh you should atleast provide basic informations so that we don't ask you everytime for every information and you don't get annoyed . The store is really good though .And M.S.Dhoni is an ambassador not that it affects anything but yea. Go for it if you want shoes. The only reason i gave 3 stars is because of employee behaviours. And the lack of basic price tag information on the shoes . You would have to ask it verbally.

Most third class showroom ever. Don't even proper sizes and they discriminate. Should be permanently closed

Good store Various types of shoe collection Few stuffs sometime can't serve all customers at time *But in Store the price is higher then online marketing of Asian brand. Shoes are good quality *Specially cushioning and sole is great Good location, just side road of hawrah maidan metro station.

Employees behavior is not good. The shoe I purchased from the shop same shoe price in online is much less form the shop, so i asked the salesperson to make the amount same as online (Amazon). The guy hardly convinced, behaved rudly. MOST IMPORTANTLY HE REFUSED TO GIVE 3MONTHS WARRENTTY AS I PAID HIM THE ONILNE PRICE.

Price is not good..they are changing almost 2x price compared to online 😕 don't buy from this store.. if you want best price and don't want to waste your extra money prefer buying online..always check Flipkart Amazon price before buying from this store 😞

It's a vacant shop no one goes there in Puja also.... Don't know why it is underrated but if you like this brand you can go.

For men you can go for sure its a 5 star but for women minimum collection and not as good as mens collection

Quickly found the shoe brand I was looking for. was approached by a very friendly member of staff especially store manager Mr.Rajendra Choudhary Service was quick and efficient.👌👍👍
