We bought a pair of Novablast 3 last year in February. It’s a high-end Asics shoe. As you can clearly see in the image, we hadn’t used it much and it’s in a new-like condition, except for the fact that the soles of both right and left feet shoes started to tear apart around the same place in less than a year. Their customer care is no use at all, since it’s been more than 3 months now. So, basically 3 months of performance is what you can be assured of post which Asics has no responsibility regardless of whether it’s a sub-standard/defective product. If 3 months’ performance is what they are looking for their products to get by then what in the world are they charging such premium for! I can get longer-lasting, better looking product from any flea market in the country at 1/10th the price they are charging for their products. Why in the world should I buy their shoe then?! Also, I am wondering how do their regular products fare when this is the state of their premium products.
