Assetz 63 Degree East

I’ve been staying here for the last 3 months, and it’s been a great experience so far. The society is green, clean, and spacious, with plenty of amenities including a clubhouse, gym, park, TT, squash, badminton, basketball courts, and EV charging stations. There’s also a dedicated play area for kids, making it a family-friendly space. Flats are spacious and come with power backup. Residents have their own parking, which is convenient, although visitor parking can be a bit of a challenge. The community here is warm and active, with celebrations for all major festivals, which adds to the charm of the place. What I personally love is how peaceful it is, away from the usual city chaos. It genuinely feels like a home away from home. The only downside is the approach road from Sarjapur main road - around 3 km of it is still in bad shape. If that stretch gets fixed, I believe this place will see even greater value in the future

Beautiful society with modern amenities. Unless you've own vehicle it has a hectic connectivity to the mainroad.

I am one of the owner resident of 63 Degree East and this is my honest review. We are staying here since last 2.5 yrs and haven’t face any issue till now. Building quality and the hardware provided in the units are of very superior quality compared to what other builders are providing right now. The space might seem smaller initially but as you start planning your interior everything seems to be fine. The layout is very thoughtful and has designated space for everything. Overall if you are planning to invest in here, totally recommended.

Please see the condition of the house after staying 5 years. Please do not buy property here. The surrounding is very good. But if house condition will be like this, due to bahroom seepage issues from the above flat, how can someone will stay happily? The complaints goes unattended. Being a owner of the house, I am greatly disappointed.

I have been residing in this society for the past two years as an onwer, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory—primarily due to persistent technical issues with essential infrastructure.The core problem lies in the plumbing systems and the functioning of the STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and WTP (Water Treatment Plant). These are not isolated incidents or minor glitches but ongoing technical faults that significantly impact daily living. One of the most concerning issues is that critical components, especially filtration systems, were either not properly installed or are inadequate for the scale of the society.As a result, residents frequently struggle to receive uninterrupted water supply. There are instances where it takes days—and sometimes even weeks—for normal supply to resume. This is not just inconvenient but unacceptable for a residential community. While the builder, Assetz Property, has acknowledged concerns at various points, the response has largely been delayed, inconsistent, and filled with repeated assurances rather than concrete, lasting solutions. It is disappointing to see continued focus on launching new projects across Bangalore while existing residents are left dealing with unresolved infrastructure problems. Overall, the experience has led to a significant loss of trust. Investing here has proven to be a drain on time, energy, and money. I would strongly advise prospective buyers to carefully evaluate these aspects before making a decision.

I bought a flat in Assetz 63 Degree East an year back, and it has been a fantastic experience so far. The scenic beauty from the balcony is truly breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing vibe every day. The build quality of the apartment is excellent, reflecting the premium standards maintained by the builder. The builder support has been commendable as well—they were responsive and helpful throughout the buying process and even after moving in. Additionally, the location is perfect, providing a good balance between connectivity and a peaceful living environment. Highly recommend Assetz 63 Degree East for anyone looking for a quality home in a well-planned community!

I really love the sense of community at Assetz 63 Degree East. Pros: The complex has large open spaces, plenty of greenery, numerous amenities, great neighbors, good build quality, and a supportive AOA. Cons: The road leading from Sarjapura to the apartment is in poor condition, but it may be repaired in the coming months. At times, getting a ride from Ola/Uber/Rapido can be a challenge because the apartment is a bit remote from the main road. Assetz 63 Degree East is a well-planned township with a stunning view. It has good amenities with ample open space and provides well-designed apartments with better space utilization, plenty of natural light, and fresh air. The flat offers amenities, a spacious layout, lots of greenery around, great view of the lake with French windows that give a great serene view that you found to be highly appealing. The well-maintained gardens and pathways offer a perfect setting for leisurely walks and relaxation. This nature-themed township project attracted us because of its location & construction quality. Although a bit interior, that will no longer be the case in a few years' time. This is a fast-growing area with very good rental returns and therefore a better return on investment. Special thanks to Jitendra, Sachin, and Deepak for making the experience smooth till now.

We are trying to contact the CRM- Avinash. There is no reply at all. This is so unprofessional. When they wanted to sell the apartment they used to contact left and right and now when we want to sell our property there is no response from them. Please be careful when buying any property from Assetz. This is so disappointing. We are regretting buying property from these guys.

I would like to bring to your attention that the owner of flat C3023 has acted in a fraudulent manner. I had taken the flat on rent, and now the owner has asked me to vacate it within two months, citing that they wish to sell the property. It is extremely difficult for my family to shift on such short notice, and the owner is also refusing to return the advance deposit. This behavior is unethical and unacceptable. I request the society management to kindly look into this matter and take strict action against the said owner to prevent such incidents in the future.

Premium pricing, but zero basic standards. Power issues unresolved, no proper security or cameras, and poor management. Feels like a colony, not a gated society. Avoid if you value safety and peace.

Not going to say that giving a 5 star because I have booked a flat here. But because I have been watching the progress for more than an year now. Yes, there have been delays but covid has impacted all of our lives and just blaming the system isn't going to help. Construction is now in full boom, possession for B clock is scheduled for Jun'23 per RERA. BWSSB is laying a pipeline on the road as of today, hope that the road work would start after that and would be ready very well before possession (fingers crossed ;) ). A little store on the corner of C block has most of day to day groceries and veggies (yes, fresh).

I have purchased flat in this project in first visit itself, I liked the concept, design of the towers with huge open space with all amenities. Projects looks lavish and will look more ultra luxury when gets completed. Assetz has shown the quality work once again. I truly recommend this project.

Construction quality and finishing is very good but the connectivity is major problem right now, not spacious apartments. Also feels like out of city. Staff is good and friendly.

Bought flat a year ago in tower C Waiting for possession.... The best thing that I like is its located in the green zone, with dense forest near by.. Great quality of workmanship...Prompt staff..

Amenities provided are very good. The community is very lively and vibrant. Location is a bit interior, but that will no longer be the case in a few years time.
