لقد تعاملنا مع السيد معتز البراوي فيما يتعلق بتقييم إحدى البنايات، وللأسف كانت تجربتنا مخيبة للآمال إلى حد كبير. طوال فترة التعامل، واجهنا صعوبة بالغة في التواصل معه، حيث إنه لم يكن يجيب إطلاقاً على المكالمات الواردة إلى هاتف العمل الخاص به، وكان يكتفي بالرد عبر الرسائل النصية فقط. كما تلقينا منه العديد من الوعود بأن التقرير النهائي للتقييم سيصدر قريباً، إلا أن هذه الوعود كانت تتأجل باستمرار دون أي توضيح أو مبرر واضح. وما يثير القلق أكثر أنه، وعلى الرغم من سداد الرسوم المطلوبة بالكامل، لم يتم تزويدنا بأي إيصال رسمي أو إثبات دفع. إن إصدار إيصال استلام يعد من أبسط المتطلبات المهنية والإدارية في أي معاملة تجارية، وعدم القيام بذلك يثير تساؤلات جدية حول الإجراءات الداخلية ومستوى خدمة العملاء. إن هذا النوع من التعامل لا يعكس المهنية والمصداقية والسمعة التي يُفترض أن تتمتع بها مؤسسة محترمة وراسخة. فمن حق العملاء أن يتوقعوا تواصلاً فعالاً، وشفافية في الإجراءات، وتوثيقاً سليماً للمعاملات، والالتزام بالمواعيد والوعود، لا سيما عندما يتعلق الأمر بتقييمات وتقارير ذات أهمية كبيرة. نأمل من إدارة الشركة النظر بجدية في هذه الملاحظات والتحقيق في الموضوع واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة لضمان عدم تكرار مثل هذه التجارب مستقبلاً، والمحافظة على مستوى الخدمة والثقة التي يتوقعها العملاء من مؤسستكم الموقرة. We dealt with Mr. Moataz Elberrawy regarding a building assessment, and unfortunately, our experience was highly disappointing. Throughout the process, communication was extremely difficult. He never answered calls on his work mobile number and would instead respond only through text messages. On numerous occasions, we were assured that the final assessment report would be issued shortly; however, these promises were repeatedly delayed without any clear explanation or justification. What is even more concerning is that despite having made the required payment, we were never provided with an official payment receipt or proof of payment. Issuing a receipt is a basic professional and administrative requirement in any business transaction, and the failure to do so raises serious concerns regarding the company's internal procedures and customer service standards. Such conduct does not reflect the professionalism, reliability, and reputation of an established and respected organization. Customers rightfully expect timely communication, transparency, proper documentation, and adherence to commitments, especially when dealing with important assessments and reports. We sincerely hope that management will investigate this matter thoroughly and take the necessary corrective actions to prevent similar experiences in the future. Maintaining high standards of customer service is essential to preserving the company's reputation and the trust of its clients.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO RENT A PLACE UNDER THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT! The worst! I had a very disappointing experience with Asteco regarding the early termination of my lease. There was a lack of transparency and clear communication throughout the process. Despite explaining my job loss and requesting a reduction of the penalty, I was never informed that an early termination penalty might be waived in such circumstances. I later discovered options existed that were never communicated to me, resulting in avoidable financial loss. I also provided a replacement tenant willing to take over the lease under the same terms, but this was refused without a clear explanation. Communication between representatives was inconsistent, with conflicting information provided at different stages. Verbal assurances about refunds and procedures were later contradicted, causing unnecessary confusion and stress. Although I fulfilled all handover requirements, my refund was significantly delayed due to internal and owner-side issues that were neither proactively managed nor clearly communicated. Overall, my experience was marked by poor case management, lack of transparency, and insufficient support during a difficult personal situation. I hope Asteco improves its communication standards and treats future tenants with greater fairness and professionalism.

Very disappointing experience with the community management at Al Ghadeer 1. Despite raising multiple complaints, the response from the management team has been extremely slow and ineffective. Serious issues in the common areas are repeatedly ignored or closed in the system with a message saying “your issue has been resolved” when in reality no proper action has been taken. Some of the issues I personally reported include: • Fire hazards being stored inside emergency staircases, which is a clear safety and regulatory violation. • Delivery tricycles blocking the main entrance, affecting both access and the overall appearance of the building. • Improper storage of materials on the roof, creating a risk of falling objects. At one point, a metal bar was literally hanging from the roof edge, posing a serious danger to residents, children, and parked cars. I had to personally bring the security team to the location to show them how dangerous the situation was before it was removed. As someone who has worked in the HSE field for over 12 years, I find it shocking that such basic safety hazards are ignored. These are simple issues that should be addressed immediately by any responsible community management. What is even more concerning is that service charges are being collected from apartment owners, yet the level of service and safety management provided does not reflect that. Asteco represents Aldar, and I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend Al Ghadeer 1 to anyone looking for a well-managed community.

Absolutely not a good agency. We finished the tenancy in August 2025. They never returned the correct security deposit to us due to finance miscalculation. We visited office made phone calls sent emails to their director send WhatsApp msg , nothing worked but only empty promises. Strongly recommend NOT to go with them unless you have extremely good patience to wait for your deposit for years. Also not sure what’s the relationship between Colliers and Asteco, one is telling us to contact the other.

Avoid any building under asteco's management. The only time they will be responsive is to collect their fees. Expect the worst. They don't even use paint they just plaster over mold. The garbage room is never cleaned. And they won't help you with anything ever.

Worst rental experience ever. Nonsense fees at every step, lack of tenant support. And not progressive enough to accept payments by card or direct debit. I will refrain from renting under the management of this company ever again.

You don't even have people as backups to arrange for our approvals. It's been over 2 weeks and still nothing! How can contractors or installers trust the property owners when you can't provide us with a simple approval.
