The location is perfect since the bus stops are just outside the apartment. There is a COSCO supermarket at a walking distance and view is just amazing.

Stay away from this devloper , very poor management and services , imagine , as a new tenant moving to a brand new flat after you have done all the payments which are not cheap , and you are ready to move , this is how you receive the appartement full of dirt and dust and not even flushed toilet , and there only answer is that this is soft cleaning and it's on the tenant , plus other construction issue which they promise to fix before the beginning of the contract , just stay away .

The management and services are really poor. always things delay and lack of communication
