I had a wonderful experience at Aster Clinic, Business Bay. The reception staff was incredibly welcoming, polite, and efficient, ensuring a seamless check-in process. Dr. Joseph deserves special mention for his professionalism, patience, and thorough approach to care. He took the time to listen and provide detailed explanations, which made me feel truly valued as a patient. It was a pleasant and reassuring experience. Highly recommend this clinic for its excellent service and compassionate care!

I had a very good experience with the costumer care service in Aster Clinic Business bay by Mohammed Qasim. Exellent communication, very professional and king through the process. I visited Dr. Basir Sajjad Bhat to whom my family and I are inceeadibly grateful to have such an exceptional family practitioner who always help us feel comfortable and supported. Highly professional and knowledgable but also genially caring and compassionate medical person.

Called ahead with fever, body aches, and severe dental pain. Was explicitly told I could come in as an emergency patient and would be seen within 20 minutes. Arrived on time and waited over an hour with no updates from reception (Sonia). When I asked for a timeline, she gave vague responses (“the doctor is doing a root canal”) without telling me when I might be seen. No apology, no water, no acknowledgment that I’d been promised emergency care. Eventually left in pain. This is the second time this has happened. Their emergency promise means nothing. If you’re sick and in pain, do not waste your time here. The lack of communication and disregard for patients is unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience at this clinic on 26th May. We visited before 9 PM with my son, who was suffering from severe breathing difficulties and needed urgent pediatric consultation. Despite explaining that we had travelled from Abu Dhabi and were returning the next day, the doctor refused to see him without an appointment. We were informed that no walk-ins would be accepted, and the doctor left the clinic instead of attending to waiting patients. We were only seeking basic medical support or advice, such as nebulisation with oxygen, to help my son breathe comfortably, but unfortunately there was no empathy, urgency, or assistance from either the doctor. For a medical facility, especially when dealing with children in distress, this level of care and professionalism is extremely disappointing. Very bad experience overall.

I had a great experience at Aster Clinic, thanks to the receptionist Athira. She was very polite, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She handled my registration quickly and made sure everything was in order for my appointment. I really appreciate how attentive and helpful she was throughout the visit. Her positive attitude and friendly approach make a big difference, thank you, Athira, for your excellent service!

Very disappointing experience. I had a confirmed 7:00 PM appointment with Dr. Keya and arrived at the clinic near Aspect Tower, Business Bay at 7:05 PM. I was then informed that the doctor was in another building and reached the correct location by 7:10 PM. Mandeep Kaur took my Emirates ID and initially claimed my appointment was not showing because I hadn’t booked through the app, despite me having a confirmation message. After making me wait and telling me there were four patients ahead of me, I was later informed that my appointment was gone because I had arrived late. The most disappointing part was the rude and dismissive attitude. When I asked for clarification, I was told, “I’ll see what I can do,” in a manner that felt unprofessional and unhelpful. Poor communication, contradictory information, and a lack of basic courtesy made for a frustrating experience.

A great experience. I was a tourist and developed a severe sore throat. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the staff and doctor were amazing. The quality of care was exceptional and the convenience better than I could have hoped. As a self pay, pricing was also very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Doctor shreesh is very nice supportive and has an amazing behavior I am the happiest coming to this clinic. The staff in the reception Alan and Ms maham they are great as well

Simple corn removal turned into a severe injury. No proper explanation, no aftercare, and I was unable to walk despite being told I could. Ended up with heavy bleeding, emergency treatment at my own expense, and weeks of immobility. No follow-up from the clinic. Highly concerning experience.

The receptionist(athira & mandeep) at Aster clinic is always welcoming and professional. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a smile, checked me in quickly, and made the process stress-free. They were patient while answering my questions and even followed up to confirm my appointment details. It’s clear they cares about patients and keeps the office running smoothly. The experience at the clinic is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though I didn't have any appointments, Nithin was kind enough to help me schedule a quick one with Dr. Manzura. Let me tell you, she's absolutely amazing! She addressed all of my concerns and provided a speedy solution for my health issues. Getting my medication was a breeze with my insurance.

Subject: Formal Complaint: Denial of Emergency Care (17.04.2026) To the Management, I am filing a high-level complaint regarding the denial of emergency dental treatment at your Business Bay clinic on April 17th. Despite arriving in extreme pain and offering to wait, I was refused a consultation and told to "go to a hospital" without any stabilization or assessment. Under UAE Medical Liability Law and DHA regulations, healthcare facilities must provide emergency stabilization and care. Refusal of treatment during a medical emergency is a direct violation of patient rights. I request an immediate investigation into why care was denied during operating hours and a formal explanation of this breach of protocol. I intend to escalate this matter to the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) if it is not resolved urgently.

Loved Dr. Anu from physiotheraphy, the best found gem who made me understand every exercise easily. Feeling better after 5 sessions.

Traumatic experience with Doctor Mohammadreza. I was told I could walk immediately after the procedure, but I now face at least 5 weeks of complete immobilization. I was left without proper post-operative care, which made the situation even more traumatic. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious.

Physiotherapist Anu & Veena have been very supportive & patient, whilst assisting me in my recovery treatments. Thank you to you both as you are an asset to Aster delivering great service & with a smile 😊 🙏🏾💕

I visited Dr. Sana at Aster Clinic Business Bay. The cleaning was done on the highest level, perfect. More than that I received advices regarding daily teeth care and daily hygiene products. This morning I went to clinic with appointment. Every person of the staff was very kind, especially the women/girls at the reception! And Dr Riyanka Chail is professional,kind and clear! Recommended!
