Incredible customer service and quality!! I needed an outfit for my roka last minute and the team was able to turn it around for me within the exact time frame that they’d communicated with me. There was clear and professional communication over WhatsApp. They were patient while I asked several questions and requested some minor changes. The outfit arrived 2 days earlier than what they told me with no issues whatsoever in Toronto. It was exactly to my size. The quality was far more superior than what I had imagined it would be. It is absolutely stunning. The flow, the work, the design - literally a dream! I am so so happy I wore Astha Narang for my roka!

The entire experience from ordering to delivery was so smooth and effortless. I ordered a suit set seeing it online and was not available on website. Upon my request the team contacted and confirmed they would make the dress for me. The team contacted me took the measurements on a video call, then after 3 weeks my suit was delivered at my door step. The overall experience was first class. Amazing behavior by the entire team. And product satisfaction is 5 🌟.

Right from Vini from the Dhan Mill store who has the best suggestions based on the occasion you're shopping for and your preferences and is super creative herself, to Sonia from production team who has time and again gone above and beyond to accommodate custom requests and deliver on the same, the whole team is super helpful. This combined with their excellent craftsmanship is one of the reasons we keep coming back for more. They always manage to deliver our outfits early and are open to as many customisations as one needs, always guiding you along the way on what may or may not look good. The final products are some of my best ethnic wear buys over the years and I would highly recommend anyone looking to shop for weddings to pay them a visit! You will not be disappointed :)

ASTHA NARANG is just SUPERB!. I have visited various designer stores in delhi during my daughter's wedding who lives in Germany, we finally end up at Astha Narang outfits because of their excellent quality and designs. Moreover the staff here is very polite and courteous. I must appreciate the girl Vinni who helped us a lot for making our final decision on outfits. She is humble, polite and give her true opinion.This is my 9th purchase from this brand.

This is the third time I bought the suit from Astha Narang. Every time they delivered the top quality products . I have customized almost all the products I bought from them. The recent one was really amazing . All the handwork was so beautiful and they customize the color for me. The fittings were perfect and just as I expected. I stay in California and yet the product was delivered on time. Loved their service and communication were always on point. Loved this brand. Highly recommended!

I was contacted by Sonia as soon as she found out about my experience. She understood the situation and took immediate steps to rectify it. She was communicative and responded swiftly everytime I texted her. For my blouse issue, she had her artisans make a completely new piece for me and even gifted me a saree from her side. I ordered online a lehenga from Astha Narang for my wedding event. I don’t live in India and all communications happened through WhatsApp. It was through reviews on Google that I could trust the team and I am also now sharing my experience for others. The team was very responsive on WhatsApp for all my queries around the outfit before and after purchase. They guided me through measurements on a video call, sent me pictures of the finished outfit before shipping it. All through this, the team was very patient in addressing any concerns or questions that I had. When I received the outfit and tried it at home, I did another video call with them - after discussing the changes I needed, I sent the lehenga back to them. They took all my considerations into account and re-sent the lehenga after alterations (at no additional cost). Through of all this, the communication with the team was reassuring and supportive. I am very grateful to the team for all the individual attention they gave - even though it was all done remotely! Thank you!

I love Astha Narang. I have family which resides in USA and I ordered for them through video call. We ordered 5 outfits and customised colors to our theme. The fit was perfect. Sharara bottom was a little loose but they have us an invisible Dori so we were able to adjust without a trip to the tailor. Entire process was seamless and so smooth which I didn't anticipate. I can't thank enough to the team. I am waiting for professional photos so I can post here.

I’ve visited Astha Narang's Dhan Mill store three times now, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. The two female sales executives at the store have been extremely rude and unprofessional on every occasion. It’s surprising and disheartening to see such behavior, especially from a brand that otherwise has a good reputation. During my recent visit, I was interested in a saree and politely asked one of the sales staff to open it so I could view the full design. Shockingly, she outright refused without any explanation or courtesy. I’ve never encountered such dismissive and indifferent service at any other designer store. I genuinely hope the designer personally looks into how the staff at the Dhan Mill outlet is treating potential clients. This store does a huge disservice to the brand and is the reason I would not recommend shopping at this particular location.

I like Astha Narang designs. This is second time I bought saree from them but this time we had an issue with my outfit. Initially I was stressed but the team resolved my issue within the time frame. Thanks to the whole team for being so supportive . Mehak was always there to answer all queries. Thank you guys !

This has been by far the best buy for my mother. It fitted so well and the quality was amazing. We placed the order when we visited their store and they delivered to us in Hongkong where we stay. Store is busy but the staff is super helpful and helped us pick out the perfect lengha. It has been a very smooth shopping experience since we don’t live in India. Highly Reccomend.

Hello. I am writing all the way for my friends who are in UAE. The amount of patience the Team at Astha Narang has, I haven't seen it with any designer. I have relatives residing all over the world and they keep shopping for Indian wear. Being an international delivery this BRAND has been the best with their service, customisations, after delivery services and alterations. I trust them with all my heart . You will only get to know once you order from them and then understand that how easy they make the experience especially without visiting. God bless them with lots of success.

Recently as an NRI client, I selected a lehenga from the Astha Narang website and contacted their team. I informed them of the date I needed the lehenga that is the date I was coming India to try my outfits incase any alteration was needed and to collect them. The ordering process with the Astha Narang team was very simple and quick. I received really fast and immediate replies. They were also understanding with regards to the time difference and virtually took my measurements at a time convenient to me. They delivered my outfit much earlier than the date agreed upon. On reaching India and trying the outfits, the fitting was perfect, needing no alteration. The outfit looked beautiful and was lightweight also, so easy to handle. Totally recommend Astha Narang. A tip to NRI customers is that order your outfits well in advance, like atleast 1.5 to 2 months in advance and also please confirm the colors of the outfit and of the embroidery prior to placing an order with the Astha Narang team as the colors could be slightly different shown on the website due to edited photos. It’s not a major difference but it’s just best to confirm.

Absolutely terrible customer experience. My mother and I visited this store today from Australia to purchase outfits on behalf of a bride in my family. We came in ready to purchase a churra outfit. The staff members were snickering and making comments about our ability to purchase their outfits behind our back. This is completely unacceptable. I have worked in an internationally recognised Australian designer clothing boutique myself - and if I acted like that, I would be fired immediately. It is extremely unprofessional, and honestly unkind. These staff members have no idea of our budget yet decided to pass rude comments. I will also make it clear that we were wearing designer outfits - however, regardless of what we wore NO ONE should be treated like that. Even if a customer did rocked up in pyjamas they should be treated the with extreme professionalism. Other stores in the vicinity were great and we were treated amazingly there. I will never recommend this store to any of my friends or family.

I had posted a bad review recently and deleted it since. The clothes were absolutely stunning. The negative review wasn’t about the clothes. Originally I didn’t receive the best customer service from one individual who was handling my account. It was mostly because they didn’t really communicate, all answers to my questions were very short and lacked detail and sometimes they completely ignored me. After contacting Astha Narang’s store, the representative I spoke with apologized sincerely for my experience and I was redirected to someone else who immediately took over my account. And I must say, not only did this new individual have amazing communication skills but they also responded in a timely manner, making me completely forget the past experience and turned my shopping experience with Astha Narang back into a positive one. The craftsmanship, the fit and the experience is just amazing, and the fact that they turned a situation turning sour back to a positive one just shows how professional their team is. Will definitely shop here again!
