Gift megastore sells a wide range of items including gift articles, crockery, stationery, kitchenware, artificial flowers, food items, bags, wristwatches, and home décor itmes.The store is well organised and staff here are helpful.

Recently, I visited the store with my family and we were not satisfied with the service at all. Especially, the gift packing staff deployed at the counter needs proper training in customer handling. He seemed completely uninterested in performing his basic responsibilities. The way he packed the products we purchased from the same store, despite charging us for the service, was pathetic. Moreover, other customers were also raising similar concerns regarding his service.

This store is having huge variety of options, yet most of their items are slightly damaged eg. broken / damaged / very old stuff / unsold items in poor packaging I’m a regular buyer from Astoria, but i had experienced that though their product / items are old, broken or damaged their prices are still high nor any discounts given on such products. I happened to buy a product which was a good piece but after u boxing at home it was a damaged piece, I got my refund as they didn’t had a replacement of the same item. I would suggest and recommend everyone to please check every item while purchasing and to check battery operated items as they don’t function and are mostly in same condition. About pricing i would say few option are only reasonable and there’s hardly any price difference from other stores nearby .

Very disappointing experience at Astoria Store. Firstly, the person at the billing counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. The rest of the staff was also very rude and unhelpful. We wanted to purchase 15 diffusers and requested the lady to help us get them. Her response was, “I’ve told him to get it. Yeh toh mera kaam hai bhi nahi, fir bhi kar rahi hu,” which was completely inappropriate. As customers making a bulk purchase, we expected basic courtesy. We had a full shopping cart worth over ₹3000 and even requested assistance to carry it downstairs since it was very heavy, but no help was provided at all. To top it off, after such a large bill, they additionally charged ₹10 for a carry bag. How is someone supposed to take their goods home after spending so much? The least they could do is provide basic support and service. Overall, not a hospitable place at all. Very disappointing experience.

Nice collection at reasonable prices. Good for gifting and house items. There is wide variety of glassware, clocks, artificals flowers, kitchen tools, wind chimes and also stationary.

Of course you will definitely buy and come up with something .. It is a huge store where everything you get at one place is 200 to 300+ variety For all the age group Crockery , gardening, wall decor watches showpiece frames tiffins big storage units and many more like I can't mention 😄 each and every item do visit.. And rate wise I have experienced the same in Crawford market this is cheaper than there difference almost 500-600 with the same material and same quality.. for wall decor And all the Chinese items we saw on insta real or on you tube same you will get here no need to buy from online and in that also you can compare pricing wise 60-70 for small item difference i found

Worst experience, zero respect for customer who is paying you. If this doesn’t change, your shop will either shut/ angry customers will come and break everything. The manager or person at the main billing counter was least interested in helping and absolutely very rude behaviour. The staff is always over worked and hence no one wants to help the customer. If you ask anyone about color- variety- more pieces; they bluntly just ignore or say no.

The customers are not at all respected, the most disgusting staff who is rude. The products are damaged and not saleable at all. The shop owner staff and everybody is not there to attend customer but to just sale there damaged and useless products without proper boxing and packaging. Worst shopping experience and shop that I have visited. And beleive me guyzz all those who are reading, I have been shopping in this shop for ages and have certainly ignored this nonsense behaviour for couples times now considering the rush, untrained staff but today it's pick where I am pen down this words of comments for all the future customers who gonna step in the shop!!

A good place to buy gift articles for all age groups. Must mention the action figures of various anime characters and figurines. They have an exhaustive collection of mugs and wall clocks. Video calls are not 🚫 allowed. You can capture some articles though. They had discount on Board games. Finding Made in India goods was a task but I managed to buy a fun game at discounted rate. The ground floor had all things from chocolates to perfumes, first floor had bags, kids friendly toys, home decor and other utilities. The staff is helpful. Dear Astoria Management, I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of serious concern regarding the display of Hindu God photo frames in your gift shop. During my recent visit, I observed that several frames depicting Hindu deities were placed directly on the floor. This is highly inappropriate and disrespectful to religious sentiments. Additionally, due to their placement, customers walking through the store may unintentionally touch or step near these sacred images, which can be deeply offensive. I request that you take immediate corrective action to ensure that all religious items are displayed respectfully and appropriately, in a manner that honors the beliefs associated with them. Such practices should be handled with sensitivity to avoid hurting the sentiments of any community. I hope you will treat this matter with urgency and ensure that necessary changes are implemented promptly.

Disappointed with product and after sale service I purchased packets of rubber rope,but unfortunately, the product did not meet expectations. However the sample which was displayed & the packet which I brought was not satisfactory.When I approached them for an exchange as the packet was not opened,they outright denied my request without offering any support or resolution. Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I expected better from a reputed store.

One of my favourite stores, especially for kids’ items! Astoria has some of the best and most affordable gift options — I always find great choices here at really good discounts. Apart from gifts, they also have a wide variety of useful everyday items. The store is well-organised, and it’s always easy to find what I need. Definitely a go-to place for budget-friendly shopping!

The store has a variety of items but the staff in the store are really unprofessional. I had a very bad time with my purchases there. After reading through other reviews posted about this business, I guess the owner doesn’t really care about the customers.

Good place to have budget products. Good place to search for your gifting needs.

If you have 30min free time to waste then gift wrap from here Pathetic if you buy products and gift wrap from here it must take 2min to wrap but here they charge 30 bucks then to service is very week

A great place to shop for cheap cutlery, gift items and stationary. This one is bigger and spacious than Florida store, has more varieties. I loved the collection of mugs, home decor and stationary they have here. There are good discount on perfumes as well. The Chocolate and snacks section has imported chocolates like Milka, linttd, Hershey's, Nutella dip with sticks, jelly, flavoured seeds and nuts. Biscuits and chips. They offer gift wrapping in nominal prices. The store is not accessible ♿❌ They accept Digital payments No exchange and refund so check the product before buying.

Though the things in the shop are nice and new however I brought uno no mercy cards and they seem in good condition however when i came home and opened them they were cheap material and almost cardboard paper like not at all genuine uno so before getting any card games or other just verify it before buying

I visited the store to purchase a wedding gift , firstly no 1 was available in the section to assist me . Later on requesting they came with no manners to talk and behave . The wedding gift selected is of glass material and such a big store doesn't have a box for it .. Selling me the product stating box nahi hai .. With such an attitude. Upon insisting they packed it in a Juice box with no lid just covered with wrapper and newspaper for that they charged 20 rs. Lastly i requested for carry bag for which i was informed it 10 rs extra . Such a big store you are starting to run without inventory and improper behavior. I would not recommend the store to anyone.
