Astrolabe is the new place in Amman that everyone is talking about, and for good reason! I had the pleasure of visiting recently and was thoroughly impressed. First off, let's talk about the food. The salads are an absolute must-try. They are incredibly fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor. I loved the variety of ingredients and the perfectly balanced dressings. The club sandwich is also a standout—layers of deliciousness that are both satisfying and well-executed. And for a more casual bite, the toasted sandwich with a cappuccino is the perfect combination. The sandwich is simple yet delicious, and the cappuccino is expertly made, with a rich flavor and beautiful foam. It’s the ideal way to start your day or enjoy a midday treat. The atmosphere at Astrolabe is also worth noting. It’s a stylish and comfortable space that makes you want to linger. The staff is friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. Astrolabe has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Amman. With its fantastic food, great coffee, and inviting ambiance, it's a place I can't wait to return to. Highly recommended!
