Atana Khasab Hotel

Pleasant and comfortable stay at Atana khasab. We visited Khasab during Ramadan, and our room was available upon arrival, which made the check-in smooth. Although we had booked a mountain-facing room, the reception staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a sea view - thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes from the city, peaceful and calm. The room was comfortable and reasonably priced. The hotel also has a lovely deck with a swimming pool overlooking the sea, which adds to the overall experience. Overall, it was an amazing one-day stay.

Beautiful property for a short getaway. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was great, quite a wonderful spread. Rooms were nice too. This is wonderful property for a quick weekend getaway with family and friends. Will definitely visit again!

Las instalaciones son quizá un poco antiguas, pero están bien mantenidas y en ningún momento eso afecta a la comodidad de la estancia. Viajábamos en grupo y, a nuestra llegada, nos recibieron muy amablemente y nos entregaron sin problema las tres habitaciones que teníamos reservadas. El trato del personal fue siempre correcto y cercano. El hotel tiene una piscina espectacular situada en un acantilado con vistas al mar. Está un poco aislado del pueblo, aunque el propio hotel ofrece un servicio de transfer por unas 3 liras por persona y trayecto. En nuestro caso, no lo utilizamos porque preferimos quedarnos a disfrutar del hotel. Cenamos en el restaurante del hotel, en la terraza con vistas, y la experiencia fue muy buena. La comida estaba muy bien preparada y el ambiente era tranquilo y agradable. La cama resultó muy cómoda y descansamos perfectamente. Al día siguiente, como teníamos una excursión programada, nos facilitaron un late check-out en una de las habitaciones, algo que agradecimos mucho. El desayuno fue completo y de buena calidad, y cuando regresamos más tarde también comimos en el hotel. La carta es variada y todos los platos que probamos estaban muy bien cocinados. En resumen, una estancia muy cómoda y agradable, con buen servicio, buena comida y unas vistas espectaculares. Muy recomendable si buscas tranquilidad en Khasab.

Nice location, however no access to the sea. Should be fixed. Rooms are ok but the equipment is outdated. Old tv, old phone, lamp that is broken. My room had broken bathroom light and tv was not working. They fixed that but still. Restaurant is simply sad. Room service food was delivered cold. Great balcony with great views though. Atana Musandam doesn't have the views but is much nicer.

I had a very nice stay at this comfortable hotel overlooking the ocean in Khasab. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. My room was clean with fast wifi, nice hot water, and great water pressure. I am not a fan of the type D (3 round pin) power outlets in the room. That is the type that is never found on the international multi-adapters. You typically need to buy a dedicated stand alone module. This hotel is the only place in Oman where I found type D. Maybe it is a Musandam thing. Anyway, I could watch dolphins from my room balcony in the mornings. Breakfast has plentiful choices. If you have a day tour scheduled your guide calls the front desk around 7:30-8:00 pm and they will ring your room with your pickup time. It’s really easy. There is easy walking down a small hill to Bassa beach where there are a few restaurants and a small beach for lovely morning or evening walking. Kudos to the Atana Khasab. They do a very nice job!

The best hotel i stayed at khasab I am proud to stay at this hotel, which enjoys a tranquil location on the seafront. The location is truly wonderful, and the hotel staff strives to satisfy every guest. I extend my sincere thanks to the hotel management for selecting such excellent staff in the reception department, including Hamad, Faiz, and the other ladies there. I also thank all the restaurant staff, such as Kamran and Shahab, who are dedicated to guest satisfaction and provide exceptional hospitality. We wish this hotel continued success and prosperity.

A very nice hotel — I would even say the best in Musandam. The staff are extremely polite, the cleanliness is impeccable, the food is good, and the location is simply perfect. The hotel sits on a rocky outcrop with a beautiful sea view. Right next to the hotel is the Oman Adventures agency, where you can book various activities such as the zip line, padel court, mountain trips, and more. I’m sure I will return with my wife again.

We stayed at Atana Khasab Hotel for 2 nights, booking 2 rooms as a group of 4 friends. We traveled from Dubai to Oman via the RAK border, and the journey itself was unforgettable — almost 30 km of spectacular coastal sea views from Ras Al Khaimah to Khasab. The hotel, rated 4 stars, truly impressed us with its breathtaking location and panoramic views. The surrounding mountains and the sparkling blue sea created a stunning backdrop, especially in the evenings — absolutely WOW! The view from our balconies was just as amazing as the hotel’s common areas. Food was fresh, delicious, and satisfying, adding to an already memorable experience. As a friends’ trip, it was the perfect getaway, combining relaxation with nature’s beauty. We absolutely loved our stay and would be happy to visit again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone seeking scenic beauty and a peaceful holiday.

I recently stayed at Atana Khasab Hotel and Atana Musandam Resort for my vacation, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! Special thanks to Mizhar (reservation team), who was so kind and supportive, he helped me get the best rate and guided me to the best restaurants around. His hospitality truly made my stay special. All the staff at both the hotel and the resort were extremely kind, friendly, and always willing to help. I also tried their spa, and it was just perfect, the level of relaxation is beyond words! You can also book a dolphin trip through the hotel it’s an amazing experience and a must-try! 🐬 They also organize special evenings like Omani Night with traditional Omani food and Seafood Night, both are absolutely delicious and beautifully arranged. I stayed in both the resort and the hotel, and both were perfect, great service, friendly staff, and stunning views. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, authentic, and unforgettable stay in Khasab! 🌊✨

My worst experience in this hotel, the employees there they don't know how to work, they don't know the rules. I book my room with breakfast but it's Ramadan, I ask them breakfast we don't eat so instead there's option like jobs or jor and they said yes. Instead of my breakfast I go to buffet for , bil then they bring bills for me. 2 times I asked about it. Is it instead of my breakfast or including my booking they said yes, in reception and restaurant. I repeat it, 2 times | asked. Then after they pretended like there's a mistake or our new employee doesn’t know. The manager just said I can't do anything. At least come out of your room and say sorry. What is this attitude?????? How a person can be disrespect the guest of the hotel and be a manager??????? Where did you get your certificate?!

This is an older hotel, but the staff are helpful and accomodating for any issues you might have. Coupled with the stunning oceans views and excellent kitchen make the hotel an excellent choice and value for money. In addition, you can get 10% off various tours and activities from the Oman Adventure Centre (مركز مغامرات عمان) located on the hotel grounds.

Great views and comfy rooms. It's an old property but well maintained. High quality toiletries. Heated pool was amazing. Breakfast 3.5/5.

I stayed at Atana Khasab Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is excellent. Absolutely amazing place to stay. I stayed for 1 night and regretted for not staying longer. Early morning views are breathtaking from room itself in case you take up sea facing rooms. What a spot to relax. Family friendly but do pack food stuff for children below 5. Lulu market 10 mins away incase you missed getting. Must visit for UAE residents as weekend getaway. Must

Shower barely fits one person. Hassan at the front desk was rude and charged us an overstay fee of 30 dollars for checking out at 12:45pm. I would’ve stayed another night at the hotel if it was not for that situation. Not staying there again.

One of the best places to stay when you’re visiting the area! The sea view rooms are fantastic, and the beach is just a short walk away. There’s also a bar called “Pub” where alcohol is available. Highly recommended for families and friends alike.

Atana Khasab Hotel offers a spectacular view of the sea, especially at sunrise and sunset. The breakfast buffet is generous and varied, and the staff are exceptionally hospitable, always making you feel welcome. While the building itself is not new, the breathtaking views more than make up for it, creating a truly memorable stay.

Views from the balcony to sea (on condition that you choose the room with sea view): just amazing and unforgettable, do not miss the spectacular but quick sunrise! Room: quite spacious, with interesting decorations. The only flaws - noisy AC and small, old style shower space, still the wash room in general is big enough. Food for breakfast: just standard like for average hotel, still the choice of food is sufficient, fruit and salads are fresh. Service: very nice and pleasant, starting from the reception to other areas personnel. We also visited for dinner buffet another hotel from the same chain in the city, Atana Musandam Resort, but I personally think that in terms of views and feelings, Atana Khasab hotel is better (I cannot compare the rooms). Conclusion: excellent hotel to stay in, in my opinion, the best in Musandam
