I recently visited for my Audi service and tyre change, purchasing 4 AO tyres. While the technicians did their job well, the overall service experience was disappointing. Staff showed little consideration for the customer’s perspective, and their lethargic approach was frustrating. The way they handled my car lacked cleanliness and care, which not only spoils the service experience but also damages the reputation associated with the Audi brand. Very disappointin
