Me and my family had a great time at the Aurika Mumbai hotel! There was a bit of a hassle during check-in since there are less counters but apart from this everything else is top-notch starting from the luxurious rooms to the delicious food at the Mirasa restaurant. The check-out process was smooth. An extra bed for a night was given as complementary which I appreciate! Overall a fantastic stay at this hotel. I would recommend travellers to book the room from Aurika by Lemon Tree hotel's website directly to get the best member deals.

Our experience at the hotel was excellent. As soon as we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and showed great hospitality. The room was neat, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was fresh and delicious. Overall, everything was perfectly managed and truly exceeded our expectations. After a long time, I genuinely experienced true Indian hospitality again, thanks to the entire team at Aurika Mumbai Skycity. Special thanks to all the staff for making our stay so memorable💕

The hospitality was excellent, and the entire staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and dedication to service. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious and well presented. I would especially like to highlight an incident where I misplaced my charger; within just 15 minutes, I received a call from the reception informing me that it had been found. Stayed one day here with my family and it was absolutely pleasant. Our suite was very big and beautiful decorated. We really enjoyed the food here, had variety of different dishes and service was excellent. They have everything needed at 5 star hotel. Location is also perfect, just 10 mins drive from Mumbai airport. Recommended if you are looking to stay near airport.

Aurika gives a great sense of luxury for the range they price their rooms at. The facility is huge with almost 500+ rooms. The staff are really professional and friendly and are always available for service - we had to call a handyman at 2 am for checking our room’s door and he was there in a minute. The rooms are spacious. There are some small ergonomic tweaks done by the management / designer - for example, on the pillow covers, “hard” and “soft” are mentioned for differentiation of the pillows. They added a lot of value for me. It’s also close to the airport so the location is also great. The only issue i faced was that the website for ordering in-room dining was down. But i was assisted with ordering on the phone promptly. The breakfast buffet spread is also huge. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Aurika.

Location is very convenient to airport. Excellent service and very luxurious hotel for a reasonable price. The bellmen even weighed my luggage for the airport and helped transfer all my luggage. I had a parcel I was waiting on and they were safe with delivering it to me. Highly recommend and will return there in future !

The location is incredibly convenient for travelers, but what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service—especially the laundry department. A special shout-out to Mr. P. More, who went far beyond standard service. Not only was the laundry impeccably done, but he also personally stitched my shirt, something I’ve never experienced at any international-level hotel. His dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression. It’s rare to find such personalized, thoughtful service these days. From the comfortable stay to the outstanding hospitality, Hotel Aurika exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and remarkable service!

I stayed at Aurika, Mumbai International Airport – Luxury by Lemon Tree Hotels for one night (19–20) via Booking.com. The hotel itself is outstanding. The property is beautiful, the facilities are excellent and the room was extremely comfortable. In terms of the physical hotel and amenities, it genuinely delivers a luxury experience. Excellent gym and pool. What I didn’t like: There were some communication issues around check-in and late checkout. I was not informed at arrival that my check-in would be treated as early or that there may be an additional charge, and this was only raised later that evening via WhatsApp, which felt poorly timed. While staff were polite and the matter was eventually resolved with an apology and no extra charge, the lack of clarity and internal coordination caused unnecessary stress. If not for this, the experience would have been excellent.

On 28 February, I visited your hotel to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The room was decorated by your team and a cake was placed in the room as part of the celebration arrangement. However, we were extremely shocked and disappointed to see a cockroach roaming on the birthday cake that had been placed for us. This was supposed to be a special moment for my wife, but such a serious hygiene issue completely ruined the experience. This kind of situation is unacceptable from a hotel that claims to provide quality service and proper hygiene standards. Food safety and cleanliness should be a basic priority. I request the management to seriously look into this matter and provide an explanation for this incident. I also expect an appropriate response and compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment caused on such an important occasion. I look forward to your prompt reply.

I have stayed at Aurika on several instances as I often travel to Mumbai for my work. It is conveniently located near the airport and is fortunately located on a road that is not crowded. The hotel is newly constructed and the rooms and interior are excellent. The staff is polite, courteous and welcoming. Am overall very satisfied with Aurika

You made my stay that much more comfortable and pleasant. It is Lemon Tree in Luxury! Lemon Tree hotels in general define convenience and this one adds comfort and style to it! My stay coincided with Makar Sankranti and all guests were greeted with festive delicacies like laddu, Gud, til! Spacious rooms and the touch of elegance in every aspect was very refreshing. Excellent breakfast buffet. Wide variety and worth the price. It's still cheaper than most other hotels in the cluster. Will make sure to return for a stay!

One night, I locked my room from the inside. At 2:30 AM, the doorbell rang several times. I was very sleepy and didn't get to the door. Next thing I know, someone used a card and enter my hotel room. Luckily, the indoor lock worked and the door couldn't open. I yelled, put some clothes on and tried to open the door: I couldn't because it has been forced from the outside. It took me a good minute to open it. I saw a hotel staff in the corridor and asked what happened. He said he didn't know and called security. I went to the reception to ask explanations about what had just happened: they told me they would visualize CCTV and get back to me the next day. Indeed, after check out (and I had to pay full amount on my bill) the manager of the hotel called me. It seems that a random person went to the reception and provided my room number. He was asked by reception staff if he was Mr. XXX (my name) and the apparent guest answered yes. So the staff made a room key and went ahead to check the room before he entered into my room. I don't even know how something like this can happen when I was only due to leave the room the next day. As a compensation, the manager offered me a free SPA treatment or a room upgrade next time. I am not sure he realizes the seriousness of what happened and obviously, there will never been a next time. What happened is unacceptable. I am a solo woman, traveling in India for work. What would have happened if I didn't lock my room from the inside? The safety of your guests should be your priority.

It's very close to the airport so makes it very comfortable travel to the airport if ur traveling. Only draw back is u need to book the hotel online not at reception. Service is really good but qlot of wait time due to high check ins n check outs. Rooms are clean and neat and maintained. Staff is really helpful and smiling.

Excellent place for events and stay. The event arrangements were perfectly managed, especially by Mr. Aryan Kanamadi, Management Trainee. His response over the phone was prompt and helpful. The food was delicious, and the service team was very attentive. Rooms were clean and comfortable, making the overall experience memorable. Highly recommended for events and stays.

Sunday Brunch visit We went for a Sunday brunch after seeing an youtube video. What stood out was the variety of dishes apart from the standard indian gravy / rice and rotis. There was a plethora of dishes - both veg and non-veg. Other than this, ample of continental, fruits, nuts, pizza, baos, variety of breads & much more.... What even more interesting was the spread of dessert counters. An entire line of various desserts including strawberries, Chocolate fountain, entire cake, pastries, indian sweets, etc. The brunch dishes were well presented & while I tried tasting what my eyes seen, my stomach had given up (no room left to eat more). All in all - a wonderful place for a Sunday brunch

The Benquate hall is quite specious & well decorated.The lobby area being used for dinner is thin and gets crowded. Wash rooms are clean and hygienic. Overall beautiful ambience.Food was delicious but served warm.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Aurika by Lemon Tree Hotel, Andheri East. The rooms were stunning—beautifully designed, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The food was delicious across the board, and the breakfast spread was huge and filled with tempting options. The check-in process was smooth and effortless, and the entire staff was warm, polite, and genuinely caring. A special shoutout to Anshika, who was absolutely overwhelmed (in the sweetest way!) by our girls’ group of 14. She went above and beyond, even giving us a lovely souvenir as a token of appreciation—such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. With top-notch service, amazing hospitality, and such a warm vibe, I definitely recommend staying here. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and heartfelt kindness!

Thoroughly enjoyed my haircut by Mumtaz for the second time. His attention to detail, professionalism, and warm guest interaction truly stand out and shows in the final result! The spa facilities, salon, and extensive spa menu are excellent also. Regarding dining, Aniket was particularly pleasant during the à la carte service, with great interaction and helpful recommendations. Overall, however, the constant house style music played throughout the hotel in the restaurants, pool, and lobby are not relaxing, in some cases too loud, feel repetitive, and make conversation during dining uncomfortable.

Stayed here on a business trip and had a very pleasant experience. Amazing amazing staff in breakfast service especially Sarfaraz, all the security staff and guards working outside - always so friendly and cheerful. The staff at the reception counter were polite but I felt the service could be improved to match the other staff outside. Would definitely stay again!
