I am extremely disappointed with the service from this stitching shop. We gave my sister’s wedding dress for stitching 3 weeks in advance, trusting them with such an important occasion. Just one day before the wedding functions, they suddenly informed us that the blouse is not ready and “cannot be stitched”, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Because of their irresponsibility, we are now under severe stress at the last moment. On top of that, the Haldi dress was stitched very badly and completely spoiled. Tomorrow is the Haldi function, and because of their careless work, we are left without a proper outfit. The wedding theme is lavender, and now it is almost impossible to arrange another matching dress at such short notice. This shop clearly lacks professionalism, commitment, and respect for customers’ time and emotions—especially for important events like weddings. I would never recommend this shop to anyone and strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with their clothes. Very very bad

Have good collections.But customer service is very bad.These are the reasons mnc's like zudio, westside, trends growing faster I had visited your store and tried a beige Gurkha pants in my correct size. genuinely came to buy the dress because liked it, but did not like the fit since it felt too loose below the waist. After that, one of your main staff members approached me in a very rude manner, saying "didn't you know it would be like that?" and made it seem as though customers should only try outfits if they are going to buy them. This is very disrespectful and unprofessional. have never faced such behavior in any other store. We came with genuine interest to purchase, but the attitude received was very disappointing.
