Today, I exercised my democratic right by casting my vote, and it filled me with immense pride and a deep sense of connection to my homeland — Australia. From the moment I entered the tower, the environment was professional, secure, and well-managed. Clear signage and courteous building staff made it easy to locate the consulate office. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by consulate staff who were not only efficient but also genuinely kind and respectful in their approach. The voting process was incredibly smooth. The staff ensured everything was handled with transparency and care, making the process quick and dignified. It was heartening to see fellow Aussie citizens — young professionals, families, and long-time expats — all coming together with a shared sense of civic duty. It truly felt like a little piece of Australia in the heart of Dubai. The views from the consulate’s location are also quite breathtaking, and the interior is well-maintained and reflective of Australia’s welcoming and multicultural spirit. Special Mentions: • Accessibility: Easily reachable via BurJuman Metro Station, with nearby parking available for those driving. • Security: Entry and exit were well-secured, and identification protocols were clear but non-intrusive. • Staff Conduct: Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and polite — a true representation of Australian public service values abroad. It's nice to meet my consulate general office on main gate its security job every embassy have there rules agree on it when went inside I can't believe it's so nice and friendly staff there even i went for my baby passport staff came out for my son and give him alot of love I and my wife was so impressed and i told her this is Australian love babes so much and respect there citizens Thanks alot for this all keep it up please. Recently had the opportunity to visit the Australian Consulate-General in Dubai for notarial services, and I was genuinely impressed. The entire process was incredibly smooth and transparent. The staff were not only professional and efficient but also very polite and friendly. Made the whole experience feel easy and stress free. Every step was clearly explained, and I appreciate how approachable and helpful everyone was. It’s great to see such high standards of service being upheld. 10/10

I applied for an Australian visa, and it was rejected without any clear reason. I have a stable job with a good salary, valid visas for several countries, including the UK, and have traveled to over 10 countries. I provided all required documents, yet my application was rejected with no explanation. What was the reason for the rejection? Did you properly check my profile and documents? It’s very frustrating to not receive any feedback, especially with my travel history and background. Why would I want to stay in a country full of spiders and insects?

Great staff members and service! I needed to urgently replace my passport and the officer was helpful and guided me through the process. Got my passport in two weeks.

Well, this is the first time for me to write review I on a specific person because I felt the need to do so. I don’t recommend to go this consulate in (Dubai), and I will explain why, and I hope to take an action to improve the service. First of all, I’ve been in Australia and seen the manners of the Australian people. They are really nice people and very friendly. You will notice their kindness at the airport before everything. However, what I saw in the consulate in Dubai was completely different and deviates from the Australian characters. I am complaining about a specific person and I have to mention the name (Ms. Ghada Zaroubi). She has a really bad attitude in terms of communication, eye to eye contact and body posture. I felt like she was disgusted at me. I really regret going there and meeting her. I hope to take an action, because I am surprised there are lots of reviews almost similar to mine and it seems that no action was taken!

Very clean all over ,pool and gym is small . Pool not heated .amazing buffet breakfast . housekeeping good service. Receptionist nice allowed late check out .

Very unpleasant experience in getting my passport renewed. Unprofessional, untruthful and completely lacking in customer service skillsets. An organisation that does not care!

Worst Place i ve seen in my life. Third class service and attitude of staff working..The Officer left her seat while i was talking because she was not able to justify what she was saying.. Very Poor response and Highly disappointing and not worth visiting again. Thank you.

If you search Australian Biometric Collection Centre, it's not here. It is in WAFI Mall, Level3.

Wanted a concern clarified and though they did not allow me to go in, the security went inside, checked with the person concerned, came back and had me talk over the intercom.

Never visit this place again . I was there in 2013 just trying to do a medical exam ( pay from my own money ) not asking for something more . I was dealing with racist ladies on that window
