The MAS rep was super helpful and very professional during the entire car buying experience. The service provided cannot be beat and I recommend everyone go see my man Danny!

Representative was very responsive and helpful from beginning to end of process. Picked up vehicle from dealer and left after only 10 minutes. Ill spend longer at the DMV, but that's okay.

I would recommend this to any deployed service member in the market for a new vehicle. The salesman was honest and straightforward to begin with. I went back and forth between vehicles and options and he was happy to help with any changes or quotes I requested while I finally chose the vehicle I wanted. Stayed in communication with them through my deployed time and also when I returned home. Once financing was handled the process was smooth at the end. Overall, it was a good car buying process.

So good so far.... The customer service is great and the way that the service is setup, it's surely a wonderful benefit for deployed service member in the market to purchase a vehicle. I'm scheduled out to get my vehicle Dec 2019 so I'm not quite through the process to be able to give a full review, but my expectations to this point have been exceeded and I'm very happy. At a minimum, if you're able, go and at least talk to a sales rep to see what they can do for you. My sales rep is Sharlene. Really nice Irish lady.

I felt like my rep was friendly, listened to my wants/needs, responded within a reasonable time to requests and changes, felt like they took the time to help me understand deals and all options available versus pushing me in one direction or another.

Main selling point was the build and extras, tow package, FX4, with extended 36 gallon gas tank, 302 high package, premium sound, engine, in the color of my choice. TY the truck is perfect. I could not be happier.

Working with MAS at Ali Al Salem went great! I have ordered two vehicles from there. The first time things went great. The second time, the delivery when I got stateside didn't go like it should. Ordering and the initial process went smoothly. It was the final portion and delivery that fell apart. The bike went to the dealership, but no paperwork. The delaership in El Paso, TX, didn't bother reaching out to MAS, so I will never use them again. However, MAS should have sent all the proper paperwork in time for my scheduled delivery, and it all should have been in order.

The sales rep R. Campbell in Kuwait did an amazing job. Got me in the vehicle I wanted (Raptor) below MSRP. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Awesome place cept its in middle of desert. Highest was 56 when i was there. Beautiful hot place
