This company has extremely poor management and unethical practices, especially by the owner, Mr. Ashish. Employees are hired based on false promises of timely salary, but at the end of the month, payments are not made. Two of my friends have approximately ₹40,000 of their salary withheld. When salary is requested, the company issues cheques from a bank account that is not operational. Female employees, in particular, face unprofessional behavior—when they ask for their rightful salary, their calls are ignored or their numbers are blocked. There is no proper work culture, no professional environment, and no transparency. The company does not provide essential documents such as offer letters or job letters, and there is a complete lack of professionalism and work experience in management. I strongly request everyone to avoid joining this company for employment, as it is not a safe or reliable workplace.

It is disappointing that the company does not provide salaries on time. Timely payment is a basic responsibility of any organization, and delays create unnecessary stress for employees. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves their payroll process to maintain trust and professionalism.
