This store is very friendly, and it puts customers first. I bought traditional Sri Lankan earrings here. These earrings are very well crafted. I've already looked around the prices of other local stores, and they offered good workmanship at a good price. And if you have dollars, I recommend you to visit them right away without having to exchange money. They don't cheat on the exchange rate. There was no pendant design I was looking for, but they even provided active service to look for it.

I had a smooth experience purchasing a gift from overseas. WhatsApp communication was prompt and I was offered different ways of making the payment. They kindly organised express delivery for the requested date and sent the item well wrapped and presented. Would recommend.

Very good customer service and prices and designs are great. Kavinesh was great and he was patient and provided all the information we asked for. Also they provide receipts and stamps on all purchases.

I was interested in the variety of tri-colour bracelets available at Ava Jewellers and contacted Mr. Niresh for assistance. He was so responsive to my messages and calls. He was tolerating all my questions and even sent photos, a video immediately when I requested. So, I knew they had exactly what I wanted before visiting which I see as really a plus point as I need to travel at least 20 km to visit their branch. Because that option is not available in most places. Then I visited the One Galle Face Mall Shangri-La branch yesterday with my mother to check the items physically. Mr. Mushadik & Mr. Punithan helped me around for more than one hour to find exactly what I wanted. Further they took their maximum effort to accommodate all my requests. They were showing all the products we were interested. Though I planned only to buy a bracelet due to their reasonable prices I was able to purchase a chain as well from the budget I allocated to one piece. Highly recommend AVA Jewellers for their excellent customer service, modern uncommon designs, quality products and reasonable prices.
