We arranged our company meeting at this restaurant for Iftar, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The management provided a well-organized and comfortable setup that was perfect for a professional gathering. The environment was clean, peaceful, and suitable for discussion. The Iftar buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious items. Everything was served on time, which helped our meeting run smoothly. The staff was cooperative, attentive, and highly professional throughout the event. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Sarmad Khan (Front Desk Manager), Mr. Yasir Rehman (GSA), Miss Shumaila, and Miss Sharmeen from the restaurant for their outstanding service and courteous behavior. We had a wonderful stay at Avari Multan. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The dinner was amazing, and the breakfast was equally impressive with great variety and taste. A special thanks to GM Mr. Rizwan Bukhari, who treated us extremely well and made us feel truly welcomed. The service staff was outstanding — Sultan Ali provided exceptional service, and Affan Butt, Sufiyan, and Shahzaib were all very courteous, professional, and attentive. Overall, a memorable experience with top-class hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Multan.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. Negatives: Quietness factor 4/10: First night after sleeping I got woken up by loud noises outside and in morning, inside the hotel. Likewise,Same for second night. Turns out the hotel is adjacent to a petrol station, that station makes a lot of random loud clacking noises on metal at random times of the night. After complaining the noise got reduced otherwise it was loud and consistent. In room dining 2/10: I only ordered a late night dessert, one cup of chocolate mousse (they said it contains cream), I thought it would be actual velvety, smooth mousse with some cream layers, but to my surprise it was some chocolate syrup drizzled on top of a what tasted and seemed like straight up frothed cream. No, I am talking about custard, or vanilla ganache, or mousse, it was straight up cream under the syrup, inedible. Room vibe 6.5 / 10: I mean, it wasn't a bad room but it wasn't the best either, very basic and old school vibe. Overall decent, comfortable, spacious, maybe carpets required some deep cleaning (felt dusty) otherwise it's really good. Pros: Shower 9/10: Shower water pressure was AMAZING, deeply nourishing and fast. Loved this. Service 8.5/10: Some receptionists were a little indifferent, some were polite. The actual staff was bringing luggage, food updates was polite, very timely, when I ordered anything extra like towels etc they were very prompt. Drinking water 8/10: They didn't charge us for drinking water and brought up water very promptly.

My stay at Hotel Avari Express Multan was very pleasant. The staff was polite, cooperative, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Sharmeen uzair muteeb chef Asad chef Akash for wonderful hospitality. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Room service was quick, and the overall environment was peaceful. The location is also very convenient. I am satisfied with the services and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Rooms and all the other services were all really good. The staff was really attaining and helpful in every aspect. We stay for a night and was traveling to Islamabad from Karachi. The best place to stay with family. Very comfortable and cozy environment. I was at room 501 and specially the morning breakfast was awesome, the staff was really giving personalized service specially Mr. Sufiyan and Miss. Sharmeen, Mr. Uzair. Mr. Moin.

Rceptionest was very coperative and professional. The only thing missing with respect to safety is fire Alarm system was inactive hence Sprinkle system was also not working. I request the authorities to keep there safety system activated at every location either its lobby or a reception area or a room to make sure your guest are safe. Rest was all good

I had a priviledge staying at Avari Xpress Multan, and the experience was beyond my expectations and I loved staying here. Calm, cozy, neat and clean rooms that are designed beautifully. Breakfast was cherry on the cake, healthy yet tasty. We were offered freshly made parathas and omelette and yet again the pleasantly decorated plate was a treat to my eyes, that enhanced my temptation. The staff under lead of Captain Sharmeen is worth mentioning, it was more than the professional hospitality an extremely genuine guest treatment. Each of the team member was smiling and were happily serving the guest making tge experience extra special. Sharmeen and uzair, chef asad, agha, umair, affan and everyone working there are really professional and hospitable creating a good name to Avari xpress. One more thing to add is: the hotel went extra mile when we told the manager that its our colleague's birthday and he arranged a memorable birthday for her by sending a beautifully designed birthday platter. On the whole one of the best experience as a frequent traveller with in Pakistan and abroad. Higly recommended.
