Apart from other PMJAY empanelled hospital, this hospital is not that much cooperative to patient by helping way. The person who handle aayushman card department is of rude behavior, she doesn't know that the govt.is giving this facility, not by you or your hospital. Even she is not guide to cancer patients for travel expenses reimbursement. At every chemotherapy, it took 2-3 hours for approval from aayushman card department. In other hospital it will be approve within 15-20 minutes. Shortly Hospital authorities and staff are not crystal clear about expenses to patients.

First Hospital, I have seen they have not taking the digital payment they are telling to us. Arrange the cash. The cash is compulsory.

Doctors, Support staff etc everyone is quite polite and cooperative, only issue being is the waiting timings, they allot us a designated timing slot but it is never on time say my radiation timing is of 9.30 but they do it at 10.30-11 this needs to be taken care of if we've been allocated some timings it should be according to it only why should we wait so much everyday. "Time is of essence to us also and not just doctors".

Dont visit this hospital. They treat very badly to peteints. Your money will be wasted. Mainly, they will take out your hard earned money by prescribing medicine each visit thousands of rupees.

Slowest hospital in terms of tests and reports no one is available at their given time. No one is responsing, how much delay it will get to collect the reports. Whole CT scan place is empty. And all the staff has gone to dinner at the same time. Not one single person is available who can response.

What best thing a cancer patient can ask for, no more rushing to mumbai or surat. All under one roof, that to in VAPI. Best hospital.💯
