Water is good. But service is very bad. Person who deliver the water always in attitude. First time when their salesman came was promising a lot of things but after taking those coupon's their delivery guy thinks he is the owner and doing what he wants. We are all working here and according to our convenience they should deliver the water. But the delivery guy is saying we have a lot of work we are not sitting here to serve you as per your convenience. Very very bad service.

Water very good but service very bad I was asking from last two weeks give me coupons book they don't answer phone also not replying what's app message .now i dont have coupen book how i get water because they only delivery thursday here i understand .but no answer calls or replying even whats app message its disgraceful for the company reputation. before I have Hana water service very good service deliver and answer call straight away .very poor service from awafi water in al majaz 3 sharjah area .I hope management take action and improve it .

I'm good with the quality of the water. However, I was not happy with the way the delivery man talked to me as a new customer. He was arrogant, unprofessional and showed impatience, asking me to hurry up, along with saying "tsk tsk". I'm not sure if he was annoyed or anything - but this has made me think of other options who can offer better service. Overall, because of this experience my first impression with the company's service is UNPLEASANT and TERRIBLE.

First i ordered water with express delivery paying extra. The Delivery was done 3 days later, intresting "Express" Service. Now i ordered with a standard next day delivery. I guess it will arrive next year.

Actually we are using awafi water for years. Now they themselves saying no awafi water and asking us to drink Riviera water. We have some coupons of awafi still in hand.

The 1st and 2nd order is very past service but after that you will experince the worst customer service 2weeks we did received the water he try to call me but he did not try if have empty gallons outside the door most the time customer bc in the work the reason why cant answer your call.

Unfortunately, customer service is bad... They do not deliver water bottles. I recommend dealing with other companies

Producing water for drinking but only in Gallons. If you want to get water for home purpose like drinking, cooking better is to buy water in Gallons it will save your money.
