The company is good. Their quality of work is excellent. Customer service is extremely poor. Mr. Amit or Mr. Amitab in the designer department shows no respect to clients at all. His skills of dealing with customers are extremely poor and unprofessional. When I went to collect my order which was ready for collection, he literally raised his voice saying “You cannot disturb me because I am eating my lunch”. Extremely unprofessional employee working for such a big reputed company. Such people really destroy the reputation of their employers. My understanding is that the company is open for customers during specified hours as mentioned on their website and social media. Its not mentioned anywhere that the company is closed during lunch hour. If it is the policy of company to close during lunch hour, then please mention this on your website and social media. Very disappointed.

Cheap prices, but they don't respect the client design. They don't try their best for the client plus it takes so long to get the end result. Too much of a hassle, I would go with another printer if I were you.
