Axis Bank Branch

On 10/05/2026 at around 8:40 PM, me and my friend went to withdraw money from an ATM. Before us, one man was withdrawing money. After that, he rudely asked us where we were from. I replied that we are from Assam. His behaviour was very rude and aggressive. He started speaking badly in Kannada and used abusive language towards us. He also made false allegations saying that we passed bad comments towards some girl, which is completely untrue. We had come there only to withdraw money and it was our first time visiting that place. This incident made us feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. If the ATM is open during night time, there should at least be a security guard present to prevent such harassment and possible fraud situations. I kindly request you to take this matter seriously and take proper police action against such perpetrators so that others do not face similar problems in the future.

Very bad experience with this branch. Staff and the branch manager lack customer service. Poor communication skills. My son account is still inactive, even after several follow ups no one bothers to respond

So today I went to this hopeless branch with no choice. Firstly internet does not work for them nor the location of the bank is so pathetic that the internet on our phones does not work when we enter the bank. I had issues to be resolved with Axis Bank CC, the Manager is very very unethical, clearly does not know how to treat customers. He is very very rude and illogical when he speaks. He says stuff which is not required and does not answer to our queries. This manager needs to be trained better while speaking to public because he is very impolite and raises his voice, very cheap behavioral. Still wondering how dear AXIS BANK chose such a useless person who doesn't know about transactions and HAS NO BASIC MANNERS as a MANAGER. The staff here barely know anything. When I approached them with my query they directed me to call customer care. Then why are they even sitting in the bank if they cant do any work? The hopeless manager should be replaced. One staff here speaks in Hindi only. Want to understand how a person like me who doesn't know Hindi living in KARNATAKA talk to him in Hindi??? There are lot of complaints about the Manager here. I read the other reviews of the customers of this bank they have similar experiences with the Manager here. And I see there are replies from Axis Bank google account for which I am surprised they are at least replying. In the end its of no use unless you BETTER TRANSFER TRAINED STAFF HERE AND THE MANAGER TOTALLY DESERVES TO BE PUNISHED FOR HIS WORST BEHAVIOR WITH CUSTOMERS because he is definitely a psycho.
