مدیر و کارمندان این بانک برخورد بسیار بد و غیرمحترمانه دارند. بهانه میکنند که بودجه ندارند و حتی به مشتری دروغ میگویند تا به بانکهای دیگر مراجعه نکند. خود را بزرگترین بانک افغانستان معرفی میکنند، اما وقتی 1000 دالر حواله شده بود، آن را طی 3 یا 4 روز بهصورت تقسیمشده پرداخت کردند. میگفتند یک نفر اجازه ندارد این مقدار پول را یکباره دریافت کند و گویا از طرف رئیس طالبان محدودیت وضع شده است. در حالیکه وقتی به اسلامی بانک مراجعه کردیم، برخورد بسیار بهتر بود و بهوضوح گفتند که روزانه تا 3000 دالر یا یورو میتوان برداشت کرد، و حتی در بعضی موارد زیاد هم امکانپذیر است. مهمتر از همه، رفتار انسانی و احترام به مشتری را دارند. متأسفانه در این بانک نهتنها همکاری نمیکنند، بلکه با برخورد متکبرانه مشتری را نادیده میگیرند. به نظر میرسد مشکل از مدیریت بانک است و اگر تغییر ایجاد نشود، اعتبار این بانک در سمنگان بیشتر آسیب خواهد دید. پیشنهاد میکنم اگر کسی میخواهد حواله دریافت کند، به بانکهایی مثل اسلامی بانک، غضنفر بانک، کابل بانک یا افغانستان بانک مراجعه کند. اسلامی بانک همچنین خدمات حواله مانند مانیگرام، ریا و وسترنیونیون را هم ارائه میدهد و در پردا The manager and staff of this bank have a very bad and disrespectful attitude. They make excuses that they don’t have enough funds and even lie to customers to stop them from going to other banks. They claim to be the biggest bank in Afghanistan, but when $1,000 was transferred, they paid it out over 3–4 days in installments. They said one person is not allowed to withdraw that amount at once and claimed there are restrictions from Taliban authorities. However, when we went to Islamic Bank, the experience was completely different. They clearly said that a person can withdraw up to $3,000 or euros per day, and in some cases even more is possible. Most importantly, they treat customers with respect and humanity. Unfortunately, this bank not only refuses to cooperate, but also ignores customers with an arrogant attitude. It seems the problem comes from the management, and if changes are not made, the bank’s reputation in Samangan will continue to be damaged. I recommend that anyone who wants to receive money transfers should go to banks like Islamic Bank, Ghazanfar Bank, Kabul Bank, or Afghanistan Bank. Islamic Bank also provides services such as MoneyGram, Ria, and Western Union and handles payments much more efficiently.
