About a month ago, I visited this doctor only because of Google search results and Instagram promotion — and it was a serious mistake. I had lesions on my toe and sole that I thought were corns, but later I was told they were viral warts. The doctor did not diagnose the condition at all. He barely examined my foot and completely ignored my explanations about pregnancy, breastfeeding, and a weakened immune system. Instead, he immediately said: “This one is 4 million, that one is 4 million, and if you want the third one, that’s another 4 million.” Laser treatment was done without any proper diagnosis. After that, the doctor left the room to see other patients. During this time, the anesthesia completely wore off. When I told him I was in pain, he said: “No problem, I’ll numb it again,” and inserted the needle again directly into my sole and big toe, which is extremely painful. One month later, after visiting a clinic in Armenia, I was informed that these lesions were viral warts, and that this kind of laser treatment made the condition worse, not better. I was also told that proper treatment takes at least six months. What is unacceptable: • I was never informed that this condition is viral and contagious • No instructions were given to protect my family or my one-year-old child Instead of treatment, I was left with worse wounds, more pain, and serious stress. This experience clearly reflects a money-driven, heavily advertised practice with no responsible diagnosis or patient care.
