Are you purchasing a kids electric bike or car or any other item from this store. Beware, that this store promises fake warrenty and after repairs. They give 3 months warranty on these kids toys just for sale of item. I brought 1 kids bike for a good price. They promised after watrenty repairs by their inhouse technicians. But when actually I brought the bike then only I came to know about the scam. The sales persons in the store are duffers. They are pushing me for a private technician in their contact and not to go through the company. They have a setting and an understanding with them. Finally I got my kids bike fixed from some other technician from market and denied them not to fix the bike. I made a complain to the babyhug and first cry company but to my surprise the company also did nothing. In the name of kids items these guys are looting parents hardearned money. Beware of this scam.

Worst experience. I have come for purchasing a gift set and the sales man is not even interested to show the products. I was looking for a product of price around Rs 1,000 and he degraded me by saying I am looking for low budget products. What’s the definition of low budget according to him?

I'm writing to express my disappointment with a recent purchase from your store in Habsiguda. We bought a water bottle for ₹1300, but unfortunately, it's leaking due to a faulty silicon clip. We haven't used it much, and it's already developed a defect. To our surprise, the store manager refused to provide service, citing it's a used product. We feel this is unfair, given the minimal usage. We're extremely disappointed with the poor quality and unsatisfactory customer service. We hope you can look into this and provide a suitable solution.
