تعامل سيئ من الخدمات ومكتب المبيعات اسلوب unprofessional حتى المحلات الي بالمكان عايشين أللحظه ترا كلنه بشر خلي رجلكم بالكاع لا أكلهم طيب ولا الي فاتحين قهوة اسلوبهم بعد انكس ،لاانصح بي ابدددددددد👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Poor quality of construction, water leaks through the wall and ceiling when it rains heavily. The bathrooms reek of sewage. The staff and maintenance crew lack proper training and craftsmanship especially considering the monthly fees are overpriced. Deception and lies are very common here.

Residential building inside Baghdad Green zone beside USA embassy in Baghdad . Quiet ,modern ,expensive some kind, top safe unless the embassy been hitting. As residents if you not have job or businesses inside locked Green Zone so don't dare to buy or rent it's headaches fo4 nothing . As they say God Bless Amrica 🤣🤣

Great wonderful Residencs project

Modern, quiet, and elegant housing complex located inside the green zone next to the USA Embassy in Baghdad. It features green areas, playgrounds, a basketball court, underground parking lots, and a school and kindergarten (not yet opened)

This complex is entirely out of place in the beautiful location it has taken over. The colours of the ugly complex clash with the natural golds of the more elegant early buildings and palaces. These are the kind of complexes that will destroy the authentic character of Baghdad forever, just as has happened in Lebanon and Turkey. These complexes need proper regulation and planning for the future. It has destroyed the skyline and is extremely disconcerting. MORE CORRUPTION
