I had a very pleasant stay at Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel. The hotel has a beautiful beachfront location with relaxing views of the Arabian Gulf, making it a perfect place to unwind for a few days. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, and the private beach area is a great bonus. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the service throughout the stay was excellent. Everything felt organized and professional, from check-in to daily service. Overall, a relaxing stay with a great seaside location, good hospitality, and a peaceful environment. I would happily stay here again when visiting Ajman.

We stayed for 5 nights and were quite disappointed with the overall service quality. While the hotel facilities look good at first glance, the attention to detail is lacking. We booked the full board option hoping for a relaxing, worry-free holiday without having to think about where or what to eat. Unfortunately, the restaurant service made us feel uncomfortable throughout most of our stay. The staff often acted as if we were bothering them. Every request had to be repeated at least three times — otherwise, they would say yes, but nothing would follow. There were two different service teams in the restaurant. During the first four days, the service was particularly poor. Only on the last day, when a new team was on duty, did we finally feel relaxed while dining. That said, the food quality was good and the dishes were tasty. This is the main reason I am giving 3 stars. Otherwise, based on the service experience alone, it would have been 1 stars. Housekeeping was similar — they only did a proper job after we complained. Otherwise, the cleaning was below expectations. If you are not concerned about room cleanliness or a comfortable dining experience, this hotel may suit you. Otherwise, you may leave feeling disappointed due to the service.

A special thank you to Mr. Teddy and Mr. Bilal for their exceptional assistance, professionalism, and kindness throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was comfortable and enjoyable for us. We would also like to commend all the staff who assisted us during dinner and breakfast. Everyone was very accommodating, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. The food was delicious, with a great variety of choices, and the dining experience was truly excellent. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, great food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. 5/5 Impeccable service. Simply put, all the staff are extremely competent and attentive. Very good! 5/5 I found the staff member's attention to detail incredible, drawing something in the sand every day as a welcome message, and on the Eid Mubarak holiday drawing some lanterns – simply perfect! Congratulations on the artistic work. 4/5 Very good food, although it's a place with many Indians, the vegetarian and vegan options are few. But the food is very well prepared and they are always replenishing it. 4/5 The beach and pool are good, on the first day the hotel was quite crowded but in the following days it was quieter (we also opted for the holiday so it's normal to be busier) but the staff more than made up for it. 3/5 The room had a bad smell of cleaning product, but the room was clean and well organized. The towels are soft. ⚠️ Please note that this hotel does not serve alcoholic beverages, so for those who want to go to drink and relax, this is not the place. In short, that was my perception. Overall 4/5💚💚💚💚

One of the best hidden gems in Ajman. The staff were very accommodating from start to finish. During check-in, Hema at the reception was always smiling and sincerely greeted us, even when the queue was long. In the dining area, Mr. Teddy treated us like returning VIP guests. He was incredibly hospitable and kind to both guests and staff. Bilal was also very attentive, always checking if my family was comfortable, especially my niece. There were also two staff members who assisted us last night, although I unfortunately forgot their names. Overall, our stay was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, pool, rooms, and every aspect of the resort. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others.

My friend and I had a lovely stay at Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel for a relaxing weekend getaway from Dubai. We originally booked a city view room but decided to upgrade to a sea view room, and we’re really glad we did. The room had a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea, and the sunset views were just beautiful, perfect for unwinding. The staff were all friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Special thanks to France and Alaa at reception, Romeo the bellman, and the bellman who assisted us during check in, I didn’t catch his name. At the spa, Phoebe and Crysthel were both very kind and helpful. The team at the beach and pool were also great, always attentive and approachable. The beach itself is well maintained and clean. A special mention to Norin, who remembered us from our previous visits for day use and dining at Arabesque and kept checking in to see if we needed anything, which made the experience feel even more personal. Overall, the place has a calm and relaxing vibe, and it’s a great spot to switch off and enjoy the view. We will definitely be coming back again.

I have wonderful memories of my stay at this hotel. We stayed there for a week and I can't complain about anything. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and luxurious. The hotel staff deserves nothing but praise. The ladies working at the front desk and in the spa are very helpful, the cleaning ladies cleaned our room every day, and the gentlemen who handled our luggage were also wonderful. The staff at the hotel's main restaurant are also very polite, kind, and helpful. The beach is right next to the hotel, which is an added bonus. The all-inclusive food selection was excellent. There was something new every day, and a large selection of cakes. There was something for everyone there. The rooms are large, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area. I highly recommend it. I will definitely return to this hotel again.

Заселение в 15:00, мы приехали пораньше, сразу зарегистрировали, забрали багаж и отправили нас пообедать после перелета) номер дали с видом на залив, несмотря на то, что был забронирован с видом на город. Полотенца меняют ежедневно. На ресепшен есть русскоговорящая портье. Кухня выше всяких похвал, все, что ни пробовали, вкусно, всегда есть из чего выбрать. Морепродукты и рыба каждый день в разных вариациях. Нужно учитывать, что до Дубая ехать час без пробок, если ехать утром или вечером, то 2,5 часа затратите на дорогу.

Staff felt unwelcoming at times, and we were repeatedly approached for payment of extra services even after informing we would settle at checkout, which felt uncomfortable. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to the service experience, despite the hotel’s strong facilities.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in the UAE I had a wonderful stay at Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel. A beautiful beachfront property with an awesome swimming pool and excellent facilities. The service was outstanding and the staff were extremely courteous and attentive. The hotel is a non alcoholic hotel but you can step out and have alcohol in nearby hotels The highlight for me was the beach — very clean and pristine water. Swimming in the sea was amazing; the water was clear, transparent, and absolutely beautiful. It made the whole experience very relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, a great resort for a peaceful getaway. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again. Awesome experience 👍👍👍

I love this place so much. I went to it with my aunt so much they recognized her name. And she had her wedding there. Staff are so respectful, thanks so much to the reception khawla❤️. Last time i went they gave us free chocolate for being loyal guests. The pool is always so warm and clean. At some point of the day they have pool dancing activities. The beach is SO pretty. So safe, etc. I genuinely reccomend this place for people who want a relaxing clean and respectful vacation. I dont have anything bad or negative to say about this place. Genuinely needs to be a 10 star hotel ❤️❤️😁.
