بیشتر نظرات مشتریان به‌خصوص در شعبه‌ی مرکزی بانک اشاره می‌کنن که زمان انتظار طولانیه، پرسنل گاهی گوشی یا شبکه‌های اجتماعی رو در دست دارند و در نتیجه خدمات به‌صورت کندی ارائه میشه؛ همین‌طور مشکلاتی مثل تأخیر در صدور کارت، انتقال پول، صدور PIN و عدم پیگیری مناسب هم مطرح شده. در کنار این، چند بازخورد مثبت وجود داره که به‌خصوص به‌دلیل سیستم‌های امن و پیشرفته، کیفیت خدمات فنی و امکانات پارکینگ و موقعیت مکانی مناسب، اشاره می‌کنن؛ همچنین یه نفر به‌طور خاص مدیرعامل و کارکنانش قدردانی کرده. در کل، نظرات به‌صورت کلی به‌دنبال بهبود سرعت، دقت و تعامل دوستانه‌تر با مشتریان هستند.

Very bad customer service agents playing with their phone while talking to customers. No one is willing to help or assist with any of my questions. If you’re looking to get business done, look for another branch or bank don’t waste your time on this location.

اسوء مره تعاملنا تعاملنا فيها ماخذين قرض صارله اكثر من ١٥ يوم مماطله وكله نفس الحجي راجعناهم وقالو موافقين ع القرض وبينزل يومين وصار يومين ومانزل وفوق ذي في موطفه ميوده التلفون٢٤ ساعه من اروح اكلمها حاقرتني وتطقطق فالتلفون ومافي الا موظفة ع بس بنسبه حق فرع رئيسي وذي الوجهه الاساسية لازم يكون الفرع باكمل وجهه للاسف صراحة خاب الظن فيكم

All staff are busy on their social media , I want to get my debit card , from newly open nbb bank , I make requests through online that I will collect my debit card from main branch of nbb.. when I reach the main branch the lady is saying I need to pay money if I want debit card that's Really froud things to be honest they advertise to open bank accounts for free.. Customers service is so bad.

Since opening an account with your institution, I have encountered a different level of service with another bank that I feel compelled to share. The system provided by this other bank is highly secure, technologically advanced, easy to access, and functionally efficient. As a result, I have found that there is little need for complaints as long as customers follow the established system, which effectively resolves any issues that may arise. The worst branch ever. Too much waiting time with too slow customer service. And they don’t even follow the sequence by skipping the numbers. There should be some controls over them or a complaint portal against such person.

Poorest of poor customer service. Don't visit the main branch after 1.00 p.m on any working day. Customer service staff doesn't care how much time you are waiting.

The worst customer experience I have had. They absolutely humiliated me. I wanted to open an Al-Watani account and had gone in to ask what all documents are required. The customer service rep on the help desk straight away asked rudely, Where did you get this money from? I don't think this is way it should be asked in the first place. I am here to avail a service and I am not here to avail it free. She could have asked politely, could you please let me know the source of the funds for bank records or could have asked politely.

Absolute worst customer ever! I went to ask a few details for opening an account. But they are so busy with their coffee and friends that they can't even look me in the eye. I was very disappointed. They don't have value for customers 😕. Please train your employees on how to treat customers. This is a request.

Money transfer to prepaid card take ages. I usually buy deals online ebay or Amazon and sometimes I need my money urgently on my prepaid card. But most of the time it take hours even one day to transfer from my nbb account to NBB prepaid account and because of that the deal is missed or someone else have bought it. I wish nbb will solve this issue soon as many of people would be facing the same issue.

Really poor services they have provides to their customers, Bank is not secure, many people complaint that, when they used their debit cart, amound is cutt of by two times and some time bank cards denied the payment during pay process. Don't waste your time

Very Bad Services Due to Pin Code To get the Pin code we have to wait more then a Week to get the Pin and also calling the Call center we get same Reply from them saying there will contact u and we have send the Email and Reminder as well But no Reply or call came from.the Back . All the time we have to follow up with NBB Main Branch . Other Bank u can Create Pin Code by going ONLINE no need to call the Bank or call center Very Bad Services from NBB main Branch

Office space available. Located at the heart of Manama and in very close proximity to a couple of hotels. Car park building is right beside the tower with additional parking space for Building tenants available across the street. Starbucks coffee is just a 30 second walk from the building.
