They are the biggest cheater of the UAE. One years has been passed and when we send them email, same reply, they have forwarded to concern department, and their concern department is not exist. It seems they are theives our money. Govt should take action against them. Minus 5 stars.

NBB has a brand new state of the art branch in Landmark tower which looks very nice and modern, the staff is helpful with almost no queues. Also, this bank has no relation to Siraj Finance as misunderstood by many.

Almost one year I’m following for the labor guarantee refund, but no response either email nor phone call. Even if we try to call them on the landline as per the their website, the number is not working. I hope soon MOL take necessary action against them for this unethical behavior.

Took me more than 6 months for bank guarantee refund, till now didn't get my money back. They never answer the phone, if u are lucky enough to be answerd, They Will put u on hold till u hang on......worse company ever

We also have not received a labor deposit from them. It has been over 6 months now with no response. If you have the same issue then PLEASE RAISE A COMPLAINT WITH THE UAE CENTRAL BANK.

4 months following up with labor guarantee refund With no luck, after I read here that some people have been trying for a year, I submitted a complaint to the central bank and the same day they received the massage from central bank they made the transfer, I advise all companies which have labor deposits in this company to do the same

last two years i am following to get Bank guarantee return but not yet received, i am not able to connect managers through phone or email so could advise any other option to get our company bank guarantee

We also have requested bank guarantee refund submission date according to their email is 24-12-2020 but still not received. I think we should go for economic department and central bank.

Terribly slow in releasing Visa guarantee refunds. For over 4 months the customer services keep replying with same "under the process" answer.

لايوجد أي رد على البريد الألكتروني أو المكالمات من شهر نوفمبر 2020 الى تاريخ اليوم 15/02/2021 لم نستلم شيكات الضمان ولم يصل رد من قبلهم لاسترجاع الضمان لا أنصح بها يجب على الجهات المسؤولة محاسبتها على التأخير

from past 9 months following up for bank guarantee never takes the call, if someone took by mistake immediately put on hold till disconnected mail reply once in a blue moon under process worst service ever....

Pathetic service. Not replying to email or calls. Once in a blue moon they are replying "under process" No working ethics.. public prosecution should do something about it.

All the reviews here are real very bad we submit all the documents last year july 2020 till now we haven't recieve our bank guarantee
